New Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment in Calpe with Spectacular Seaviews

Apartment in Calpe, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain: The apartment is in on the twelve floor of a secure private development (for which there is a lift), and is overlooking the sea. The apartment has controllable air conditioning and also heating for the cooler months. There are two light and airy bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. Two doubles. One of them has an en suite bathroom, there is also an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob large fridge freezer. The utility room has automatic washing machine and dry machine clothes. The lounge is tastefully furnished, for your entertainment there is a TV. The dining area provides seating for six. The balcony overlooks the beach and is also equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Within the landscaped grounds there is a paddle court for your use. The beach and restaurants/bars etc are literally a five minute walk.

Calpe is situated on the beautiful Costa Blanca coast. It is popular with all nationalities of tourists due to it's stunning sandy beaches and it's great variety of restaurants and shops. There is also a beautiful 'old town' where you can enjoy anything from traditionally cooked fish to Spanish Tapas. Calpe is also well known for the Penon de Ifach, a volcanic rock that thrusts out of the sea and reaches a height of 1000 feet. You can climb this rock to the top and enjoy the spectacular views. Opinions from our guests: We had an absolutely wonderful time visiting Calpe. The apartment is fantastic, very comfortable and well equipped. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony never tiring of the spectacular views and it was so calming to wake to the sound of the sea below. The pool area is well cared for and to a high standard. Everybody was welcoming and friendly and we were sorry when it was time to come home! Thank you Carmen for helping us to arrange one of the best holiday.

Just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely brilliant time at Santa Clara. The whole building was amazing & the apartment was just beautiful. It was just so nice to hear the waves every day! We will definitely be back, hopefully next year.
