Apartment in Calpe, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain: The apartment is in on the twelve floor of a secure private development (for which there is a lift), and is overlooking the sea. The apartment has controllable air conditioning and also heating for the cooler months. There are two light and airy bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. Two doubles. One of them has an en suite bathroom, there is also an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob large fridge freezer. The utility room has automatic washing machine and dry machine clothes. The lounge is tastefully furnished, for your entertainment there is a TV. The dining area provides seating for six. The balcony overlooks the beach and is also equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Within the landscaped grounds there is a paddle court for your use. The beach and restaurants/bars etc are literally a five minute walk.

Calpe is situated on the beautiful Costa Blanca coast. It is popular with all nationalities of tourists due to it's stunning sandy beaches and it's great variety of restaurants and shops. There is also a beautiful 'old town' where you can enjoy anything from traditionally cooked fish to Spanish Tapas. Calpe is also well known for the Penon de Ifach, a volcanic rock that thrusts out of the sea and reaches a height of 1000 feet. You can climb this rock to the top and enjoy the spectacular views.

Just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely brilliant time at Santa Clara. The whole building was amazing & the apartment was just beautiful. It was just so nice to hear the waves every day! We will definitely be back, hopefully next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful time visiting Calpe. The apartment is fantastic, very comfortable and well equipped. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony never tiring of the spectacular views and it was so calming to wake to the sound of the sea below. The pool area is well cared for and to a high standard. Everybody was welcoming and friendly and we were sorry when it was time to come home!

Had a wonderful stay at Santa Clara.Everyone involved in the management of the apartment we stayed in did everything and more to make our stay so enjoyable. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and the views from the balconies were just spectacular. to walk out first thing in the morning to the sound of water lapping so close and to see the sun glistening over the sea just took our breath away. Can't wait to go again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful Apartment With Exceptional Views.

This year will be our fifth visit to these fantastic apartments. We went for the first time in 2006 and really could not believe the location of the apartment. Everything is spacious and very clean. The balcony overlooks the sea, as does the main en-suite bedroom, and you go to sleep and wake up to the waves lapping the shore; it is idyllic.
There are two very large bedrooms each with their own balcony, and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The lounge/dining area is a lovely room to relax in and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. It really is home from home.
The apartment is in a wonderful location, with the main beach being only a 5 minute walk away and a smaller beach directly across the road. There are plenty of bars and restaurants located only 2 minutes away. The nightlife is great, but the apartment is situated far enough away to make staying in Santa Clara very peaceful. Carmen, the owner, and Marianne the concierge are lovely people to deal with and they will accommodate you wherever they can. They make you feel very welcome.
This is a fantastic place to spend your holidays and we cannot recommend these apartments highly enough.
