We enjoy the best climate in the world, and that's official according to the world health organisation, fantastic for asthma sufferers. See the flamingo's on the salt lakes 2 minutes walk away, in there own natural habitat. The apartment can sleep a maximum of 6 people and has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with a dining area with a large private terrace of 40m2, with room for outdoor dining or just soaking up the sunshine on our loungers overlooking the marina , swimming pool and seaview! There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher microwave, toaster, oven all mod cons. Air conditioning and central heating are installed. The apartment block also boasts a fantastic outdoor pool, this can be viewed from the terrace also.

Brand new luxury apartment in one of the most sought after areas in Calpe stunning views overlooking the Marina and the beaches of Calpe and situated adjacent to the Peñon de Ifach. Calpe is located North of Alicante and around a 40 minute drive from the airport. This apartment is ideally situated for restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and the beach all within walking distance but you are situated at the cul de sac end of the Marina so quiet in the evening even though you are near to all amenities. Also a prime location for keen scuba divers and fishing. Situated close to Benidorm, just 15 minutes drive away, where you have the largest water park in Europe, Aqualandia, the famous Disney park of Terra Mitica and a good selection of shops and hypermarkets.     Notes to the rental rates -
    A deposit of £150.00 will be payable, once the cleaner has checked for any damage or abuse, if all is ok your deposit will be refunded. With the exception of cancellations.

    Rates include check in / check out & utility bills. Cot can be provided upon request £10.00 per week.

    Please note that there will be a charge of £25.00 per week for use of air conditioning or heating if requested.

    If parking within the apartment block is required this can be arranged on request for a small extra cost of £15.00 per week.
