This superb modern apartment overlooks a small sandy cove and is adjacent to a large sandy beach. It offers a superb uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean sea and coastline.The furnishings and fittings are of the highest standard. The apartment is on the 9th floor and is comprised of two double bedrooms, living room with two sofas and dining table ,T.V. video etc.,bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with balcony and breakfast bar. Patio windows open onto a large balcony with room to eat 'al fresco'. Residents have the exclusive use of an adult and children's swimming pool, a tennis court and a children's play area. There are parking areas in front of the flat. There are 2 lifts, air conditioning/central heating this makes for an ideal holiday for any time of the year. Access for wheelchair users. Calpe has two large very safe sandy beaches and the calm warm water makes it an ideal place for a relaxing or active holiday. It is an exceptionally charming & traditional seaside town with many narrow streets, excellent bars and restaurants. Besides the weekly market there are many other entertainment options nearby, including the Terra Mistica, Theme Park & the Aqualandia Water Park. The salt lake & Ifach rock with the surrounding sheltered natural park is home to hundreds of flamingos and other wild birds. The long winding promenade along the beach, which is just a few steps away from the apartment is great for evening strolls, where you can enjoy delicious ice creams, cocktails and excellent food in the many cafes, bars and restaurants. In the inland region there are many cultivated fields, which combine perfectly with the lovely beaches and cliffs for a perfect view. Calpe is ideal for winter/spring holidays thanks to its mild climate.

Denia has a port where ferry’s can take you to Ibiza and Majorca. The property is a five minute stroll along the beach to Calpe where you will find numerous bars and restaurants and a weekly street market within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a large main beach as well as several quieter beaches, a fishing port and a marina.

What a view!!!! We had a great time in Calpe and the apartment was everything we could have hoped for. Certainly one of the best we've stayed in around the area.

It was well stocked with everything we could have needed and the views from the lounge, bedroom and balcony were second to none. We will certainly be back!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children
