Notes to the rental rates

A non refundable deposit of £50 per week or part week to secure a booking is required out of season. £150 deposit will be required to secure bookings in high season between June-Sept, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure, unless a booking is made less than one month before this date, in which case full payment is required at the time of booking. An additional refundable deposit of £150 is charged to cover for any loss, damage, breakages or additional cleaning which may be required (including loss of keys). There is a charge of 45 euros for cleaning after your departure, payable in euros upon your arrival. We request that you should arrive no earlier than 2pm on arrival day, & depart by 11am on departure day although this may be flexible if the apartment is not occupied on changeover day. Linen is provided, but please bring your own towels.
