A bright, modern 2 twin- bedded ground floor apartment in a quiet block in a beautiful location. Use of a shared pool, and just a 2 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. Situated close to bars & restaurants in the nearby village of Els Poblets. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The kitchen includes a microwave, hob, cooker, fridge-freezer and washing machine. A terrace at the back and grass area at the front provide plenty of space to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery in a peaceful and quiet environment. The apartments are fully enclosed with ample safe parking. There is a toddler pool as well as a large swimming pool set in lovely gardens. Located on the ground floor, it is easily accessible. A large living area with a sofa bed and two chairs allows lots of space to relax and watch the TV. The modern bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and basin. Between the kitchen and living area is a breakfast bar, and an extendable table seating 4 or 5.
