Our apartment, overlooking fabulous pool and sun trap terrace is luxurious,spacious and welcoming. The apartment is air conditioned (heat and cool), ten minutes to beach, overlooking fabulous swimming pool, on La Sella golf, between Denia and Javea, Northern Costa Blanca. Quiet and select development, ideal for families and couples. Walk to 18 hole challenging golf course, and five ***** Marriott hotel and spa, cheap and good equestrian and tennis tuition. The apartment has two bedrooms which sleep four people.There is one bathroom, a beautifully appointed kitchen, with ovenh, hob, Kettle, toaster,dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, DVD player, satellite TV. We have an exceptionally large covered terrace for outdoor dining,with a table, chairs and sunbeds. Our development, El Olivar, is a quiet oasis with a large private lawned area and paved sun bathing around the pool. There is a cul de sac road in front of the apartments, in which only residents park.

Car: recommended
La Sella is very conveniently situated near to the A7 motorway, but a world away from noise or hustle-bustle. It overlooks the Montgo Natural park, and has views of the beaches at Denia. It is equally close to Javea. Both are attractive small towns with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. From Denia you can take a fast ferry to Ibiza or Mallorca. Javea has a small port area, and a lovely promenade for walks. A drive into the Jalon Valley, or a walk or bike ride in the foothills of the Montgo are highly recommended, as is a trip to the beautiful Cap St Antoni lighthouse and park. Half an hour takes you to the Terra Mitica theme park near Benidorm. Further afield, the cities of Valencia and Alicante are both worth trips.

Further details for this holiday apartment rental in Denia, Spain

We require a 50 per cent deposit at time of booking, and the balance two months before departure. £100 bond also required in case of damage or major breakage. Bond returnable within one week of safe handover of key and following satisfactory inspection by our property manager. We do this to ensure the apartment is in impeccable condition for you. We can also arrange other rentals on La Sella if you have a large group. Please inquire.

We can help with flights and car hire.

Golf: We are happy to help arrange tee times at the La Sella Golf course, an 18 hole top class course designed by Jose Maria Olazabal. Please ring for all inclusive prices.
