There are no minimum stays, except for July and August which is 7 nights. For stays of less than one week, there is a minimum charge of £175 or the daily rate whichever is greater. NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING COSTS REQUIRED, SMALL 20% DEPOSIT
  There is a refundable £100.00 key deposit payable with balance and returned once keys have been received at UK office.
  
• Apartments are not normally available before 4pm on the day of arrival and must normally be vacated by 10am on the day of departure; however, we are able to accommodate requests.

The apartment has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. One family size bathroom and separate WC with hairdryer. Fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Iron and Ironing board. Large lounge with dining area, comfortable sofas and dining room table and chairs. A DVD player, television and hi-fi are also provided, along with a DVD, CD and book library. This ground floor apartment has a very large terrace with patio furniture and barbecue and small garden area and is just yards away from the pool.

Americas Cup 2007

The 32nd Americas Cup is to be held in Valencia during 2007, the city has undergone major refurbishment to accommodate this huge event, Denia is conveniently close enough (one hours drive)for our customers to enjoy all the festivities but also provides a quiet retreat away from Spain's third largest city during this time. Timetable 2007: 3rd April Unveiling day. 4th-7th April Fleet races. 16th April Start of the Luois Vuitton Cup. 2nd June Luois Vuitton Final. 23rd June Start of the 32nd America’s Cup.

FIESTAS/FESTIVALS

'LAS FALLAS' 15th-19th March 2006 This is the most important Festival in the Valencia, neighbourhoods within Denia spend all year designing and making Character scenes from Paper Mache, that tower three stories high. They are constructed at various points in Denia during the week of 'Las Fallas' then judged, the best one is saved and placed in a museum and on mid-night of 19th March all the others are stuffed with fireworks and then burned, one after the other. The fires are so fierce that they light up the sky for miles around. SANTISSIMA SANG (RUNNING OF THE BULLS) July (Awaiting exact dates for 2006) Held for ten days, each day at 1pm and 7pm, the bulls are run down the main street of Denia 'Marques de Campo' into a bull ring in the Harbour, here mad people proceed to taunt and tease the bulls, who usually end up charging the participants into the sea. Other events held during the festival include concerts by famous Spanish pop singers and children’s entertainment.

Golf Information:

The apartments is within a 15 to 20 minute drive of golfing facilities, in particular the Oliva Nova beach and golf resort and la Sella. We are able to arrange tee off times and accommodation on request.
