DENIA is a historical cosmopolitan coastal town set centrally between Valencia and Alicante international airports and is accessed from N-332 and the A-7 motorway. Its thriving port offers trips to Ibiza, Palme de Mallorca, and sailing trips to Javea, Moraira & Calpe. The beautiful Les Marines beach is 5 min walk from the apartment with shallow water for swimming, sunbathing and walking, awarded the Blue EC flag for cleanliness of water. The centre of Denia and various bars and restaurants are further 10min, where you can enjoy some of the outstanding Spanish cuisine or you can visit the nightly fish market.

  • 30%deposit payable upon the initial booking with the final balance payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
    And £250 security deposit for safe return of keys, remote control, and in case of breakages. There is also charge for final cleaning £65 which will be deduct from this deposit.
    There is no refund of the 30 % deposit if your booking is cancelled in the 8 week period before rental. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after vacating the property.

Golf: Golf is available at the La Sella complex which is 15 minutes away. It has 18 holes and has many other facilities including the 5-star Marriot hotel, gym, spa and therapeutic treatments. Also 25 minutes away is the Oliva Nova 18 hole course Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Festivals: Denia has lots of fiestas so there is a good chance that something will be happening locally when you visit this beautiful town. LAS FALLAS 15th - 19th March the most important festival in the valeniciano calendar. Local neighbourhoods within Denia spend all year designing and making character scenes from paper mache. At mid-night of 19th March all are stuffed with fireworks and burned. Throughout the fiesta other events such as a procession parading of the Las Fallas queens also takes place. SANTISSIMA SANG first fortnight in July the bulls are run down the main street of Denia into a bull ring in the Harbour, where mad young people proceed to taunt and tease the bulls, who usually end up charging the participants into the sea.

We found exactly..

what the pictures in Internet showed. The penthouse is awesome, everything is new, practical. The views from both terraces are great, though the solarium upstairs is impossible to use in August, except nights, due to heat. We appreciated very much some details as: sugar, coffee, washing machine soap, etc...that had been left in the apartment (at least to start up without rushing to a supermarket).
The complex is great to go with children for it is not too crowded, it is closed to non-owners, it has even a playground in the common area (with wifi connection) so our son really enjoyed it.
The beach area is quite closed to the house but I would recommend to drive up north some minutes to find some better spots: clean, wild, not crowded. The beach in front of the place is next to the Port (muddy sand, crowded...) and, for people used to better sea spots, it is not worth the walk.
The main bedroom is quite noisy due to heavy traffic, at least in the summertime when Denia is awake almost 24 hours/day.
In general, our experience was great, we felt at home, really comfortable and we have already recommended it to another couple.

Excellent Penthouse Experience!

We spent two weeks in this apartment, during july and it definately exceeded our expectations. It offers everything you would wish for. It is well furnished, clean and has fantastic views from the top terrace.

The beach is only 5 minutes away and the town 15 minutes, boasting a variety of different restaurants, bars and shops.

Also the new port (Club Nautica) is worth visiting, although a little further. It has beautiful views which can be enjoyed whilst dining in the extremely good restaurants.

We would recommend this to anyone and would definately go back again!

Super great Penthous

I stayed at this penthous for a week in april 2009. The apatment is new, and very modernd. The apartment is well furnished and suited all our needs. Againg in a modern style. The roof teresse is execelent for enyoing the sun or the moutain view. The other teresse is equiped with an BBQ, much more than we expected.

I can only give the warmest recomendations of this apartment.

The locations of the apartment is also fine.It is in a residential area, with no noise. Also with a 5 min walk to the beach. From the apartment to the town center it is a 10 min walk.

The booking was very easy. The owners answered the emails almost at once and was very forthcooming. There was no problems with the deposit or anything else.I will defently use them again and can only receomend them and their apartment:-)

Great holiday penthouse

I been to the penthouse 2 times for summer holidays. Its a great place with all the amenities. The roof terrace is great for BBQs and to catch the sun. The place is a great base for a visit to the Denia area. It is a 10 min walk to the main street and port area of Denia. Any issues with the penthouse are easily resolved by Andrea (onsite mgmt), who is fantasitic!!! I would highly recommend a stay at this place!! JC

Great Apartment

Stayed here for a week in March/April 2008. The apartment is modern, well furnished with everything you could possibly want. The standard of furnishing is high. The apartment is ideally located for the town of Denia - only a few minutes walk away and the main port and harbour a similar distance. For those who don;t know Denia, it's an ideal location to holiday or to explore the wonderful town and countryside that surround it.

In addition Booking with the owners could not have been easier. Emails were promptly answered and the refundable depost was returned earlier than anticipated. I would certainly recommend them and intend to book with them again myself in the very near future.
