Additional information about rental rates

  • All school holiday periods during half-terms, Easter , Xmas/New Year, and summer , will be at summer peak rate of £500 per week. Additional weeks are at same rate , and part-weeks will be pro-rata. Rental rate includes for final clean after leaving. Payment accepted in Euros at 1.3 euros =£1 .
  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to accept your booking. Balance of funds required 8 weeks prior to arrival, including a £100 security deposit. There is no refund if your booking is cancelled within the 8 week period of if you depart early from the apartment.
  • Towels and bed linen provided. Towels are for use in the apartment only.

Situated next to the 5-Star Denia Marriott Hotel with Gym, Spa and therapeutic treatments. Just 20 minutes drive away is the Seve Ballesteros designed Oliva Nova 18 hole course. Also Javea , Ifach and Don Cayo 9-hole courses within easy reach.

Health and Beauty Spa & Treatments : The 4- Star Daniya Hotel next to the Elegance Denia apartments offers treatments and spa facilities, as does the Denia Marriott Hotel at La Sella, just a 10 minute drive away.

Golf: Golf at La Sella (18 holes) just 10 minutes drive (technical adviser Jose Maria Olazabal), and the Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova (18 holes) about 20 - 25 minutes drive. Also, within easy reach are Javea, Ifach and Don Cayo (9 hole courses). A drive of approx 1 hour can take you to some superb courses near Valencia, or the new 18 hole course just outside Benidorm only 35 minutes away.
