• CLEANING & LAUNDRY - In between rentals, the apartment is professionally cleaned and clean towels and linen are provided. There is a small fee of 85 Euros to cover this service. This fee will be added to the rental fee shown above.
  DEPOSIT - There is a 25% deposit on booking, and the balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival. There is a refundable security deposit of 250 euro.

Local Dining

There are bars and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment, some are located within 2 minutes walk. The town centre has a wide selection of restaurants including tapas bars, pizzerias, steak houses, and the new marina (a 5 minute drive from the apartment) has a number of stylish bars, cafes and restaurants at the far end. An Aldi supermarket is located a short walk from the apartment with all standard provisions. Larger supermarkets (Mercadona, Eroski and Mas y Mas which are all similar to Sainsburys or Tesco superstores) are located in the town centre.

Local Attractions

Water, safari and theme parks can be found in and around Benidorm which is a 30 minute drive down the coast. The new Marriot Golf & Spa Resort, which adjoins the golf course at La Sella, has a choice of 5 restaurants and a Alanya Spa available to non-residents. For a special evening out, the Benidorm Palace has a spectacular show with dinner, wine and dancing as is reputed to have the largest stage in the world. For a more intimate Spanish style dinner/dance flamenco experience, Viva Espana is located 25 mins to the north in Oliva.

Golf Information:

The stunning 6000 metre 18 hole par 72 La Sella course is less than 15 minutes drive away (approx 8 km). This course is due to be expanded to 27 holes in the near future, and adjoins the Marriott Golf & Spa Resort which is open to visitors so the ladies can pamper themselves whilst the men visit the 19th hole. There are several more golf courses close-by including Club de Golf Javea 18 holes (18 kilometres) , Club de Golf Oliva Nova 18 holes (17 kilometres) and Club de Golf Ifach 9 holes (25 kilometres).
