The Trevallyn Apartment is situated at the exclusive Elegance complex in the enchanting town of Denia. The apartments are located just a 3 minute walk from Denia's inviting sandy beach on the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. The air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is fitted and furnished to very high standards in keeping with the contemporary environment of the Elegance apartments. The apartment is located on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the gardens and swimming pool, it also has direct access to the dedicated garage parking space via the lift. A basic welcome pack of tea, coffee, water and milk is included in the rental price. The complex has a large dolphin shaped swimming pool, gym, children’s play room and computer room which makes it ideal for families and couples alike. Denia town offers a wide selection of restaurants, shops and places of interest,all within a short walk from the apartment.

Denia is easily accessed being a straightforward 80 minute drive from either Valencia or Alicante Airports, it is ideally located to explore Spain’s beautiful Northern Costa Blanca. Its tree-lined streets hold many gems with its designer boutiques, luscious ice cream parlours and warm, friendly bars. There is a large selection of high quality restaurants along the harbour front, many of which offer the traditional 'Menu del Dia’, which consists of great tasting food for superb value. The streets are full of life at any time of the day or year and there is a lovely local feel to the town.The apartments are located just a 3 minute walk from Denia's inviting sandy beach, on the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. Denia is just a short drive from the scenic Jalon Valley with its spectacular orange and almond groves, there also many quaint mountain villages to be explored.   • There is no minimum period for rentals but the minimum charge is £220

    Airport Transfers available from Alicante or Valencia Airports, enquire for details.
    We will accept provisional bookings and hold your dates for a few days to enable you to book flights etc.
  • NO HIDDEN EXTRAS, NOTHING ELSE TO PAY.


    Prices are per apartment per week and include final cleaning subject to the apartment being left in a reasonable condition, also included, one set of bed sheets , bath towels and hand towels. Extra sets will be left for rentals of more than 1 week. A basic welcome pack of tea, coffee, water and milk is included in the rental price. A 20% deposit is payable upon booking with the remainder due at least 8 weeks before the rental starts. There will also be a £150 breakages and key deposit payable with the final amount. This will be refunded at the end of the rental period.
    The rental period is from 4pm on the first day to 10am on the last day unless prior arrangements are made.

    If the rental period covers more than one price zone, then you will be charged per day in each zone.
    Your rental can start and finish on any day and can be for any length of time, subject to avail
  • Payment can be accepted by Cheque, Pay Pal or Electronic banking. We will accept provisional bookings and hold your dates for a few days to enable you to book flights etc.

Another great holiday in this apartment

This was our second visit to this apartment in Denia. Needless to say we are very satisified. The apartment is situatated in an apartment complex at Las Marinas, just a few minutes walk outside both the centre of Denia and the Las Marinas beach. The apartment is ideally located within the complex (placed in a quiet area with a nice view down to the garden from the balcony) very well equipped, nicely decorated, tidy and clean. The owner has arranged everything very well, both in terms of rental payment, meet-and-greet, and not to mention the welcome package (a nice assortment of food, wine, etc. awaiting you when you arrive to the apartment). In the complex there are facilities such as two swimming pools (one for children) an internet café, a playing room for children and a gym. All in all, the apartment is highly recommended!

Perfect Stay in Denia

We stayed at the Trevallyn Apartment for 8 days and had a very enjoyable time in Denia! The apartment is perfect for four people (families, couples or friends) and everything has been as described and displayed on the photos provided.

The apartment has a little balcony were it has been beautiful to sit together in the evenings after dinner. All facilities and the dolphin shaped pool in the complex are great and the apartment was clean and well-maintained by the time of our arrival! The service and support prior to our holiday as well as during our stay was perfect!

Denia is a very nice little town at the Costa Blanca with a lots of restaurants and bars and a nice beach. There are no discos oder night clubs in Denia, but if somebody wants to go out at night you can go to Benidorm by car (or train?), which is located only 30 km south from Denia.

Since it is only about 90 km away a sightseeing trip to Valencia is very much recommended, because the city is beautiful. You also can do several other trips, e.g. to a water park in Benidorm or the Algar Water Falls, which was a beautiful experience. A car is very helpful for all those trips.

To sum up our stay has been great and I could only recommend the apartment for a very relaxing stay in Denia!

First class taste of Spain - July 2009

From booking to arriving, the whole experience was effortless;easy to follow directions all the way. Apartment was everything we could have hoped for and so much more; the attention to detail made sure we had everything we are used at home. Great location; facilities were spotlessly clean, including the lovely swimming pool. Denia and it's locals were very hospitable and we truly feel that we captured a glimpse of real Spain, even watching the 'Bull Run' along the "Ramblas of Denia."So much to see including designer shops which you'd expect in a far bigger resort. Highly recommended. Thanks again Bernie and Gill.. can't wait to return.

Top place to holiday!

This apartment was located in a secure complex which was very quiet and peaceful. The directions supplied took us straight there. The apartment itself was immaculate with marble flooring throughout and air conditioning. The fridge was stocked with food and drink on our arrival which was lovely. Customer service from the owner was unfallable from the start to end of the holiday. It is only a short walk from the town of Denia were you can find the fantastic Castle and many restaurants and bars. There is plenty to see and do with Benidorm only a one hour ish senic train ride away and if you are driving, take a trip into the mountains to see the fantastic Algar falls and unbelievable views at Guadalest. The apartment has information on all the main things to see and do in the area, plus a visitors book which tells you which restaurants to try (or avoid!). I would happily recommend this place to friends, in fact I already have. P.S, if you are hiring a car and have a sat nav then take it. Thanks again Bernie.

This appartment is fantastic. The service offered by the owner is first class from start to finish. The appartment is clean, well maintained with a high spec and everything is as advertised. The pool area is wonderful and although our holiday was in August 'peak time' there was space and loungers available - no fighting for sunbeds! The location is great with a 10 min stroll into Denia centre there is plenty to see and do and some fantastic restaurants. We will definately come back and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!!
