This brand new apartment on the 2nd floor of a secure and gated complex between the villages of Els Poblets and El Verger, has the added advantage of a roof solarium complete with sun beds. The lovely gardens have a children's play area, a shaded pavilion, seating area and tennis court. As well as the large shared pool there is a separate children's paddling pool. The quiet beach is only 10 minute stroll. There are also restaurants & bars nearby. The open plan living, dining area is light and airy with TV & DVD & English Satelite , this leads directly onto the terrace overlooking the pools and gardens. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs & is perfect for Al Fresco dining. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The double bedroom has a large window overlooking the pool area. The twin room has mountain views. There is also one shower-room and one bathroom.The fully fitted Kitchen includes hob, cooker, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The apartment has full air conditioning

Denia town is an old Spanish town dating back to Roman times. It has a fantastic mix of restaurants and bars. It is popular without being overcrowded. The town is very easy to reach from Alicante or Valencia airports in about 1 hour and takes about 15 minutes to drive to from the apartment. The nearest villages are El Verger & Els Poblets which offer a mix of traditional shops and small supermarkets. It is only a 10 minute walk to the lovely beach which is very rarely crowded. Half hour drive is the lively resort of Benidorm with the Terra Mitica and Terra Natura fun park. Oliva golf course is 10 min away. There are restaurants within easy walking distance.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The price includes linen & towels for up to 4 persons which are changed weekly, all water & electricity and full cleaning between lets. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required when booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to rental period, together with a refundable damage deposit of 200.00GBP.
  • You will be met personally by our representative at the apartment when you arrive to be given the keys etc. We can arrange for you to be met at either Valencia or Alicante airports if you wish. This will be an optional extra so please ask and we will give you the cost depending on your flight time.
  • Longer rental periods would be considered, please ask.

Local Attractions: In the local area there is El Verger Safari Park, Pego National Park, Jalon Valley which is famous for its abundance of citrus trees. For a night out visit Benidorm Palace in Benidorm about 30 minutes drive away. Aqualandia water park which is also in Benidorm. Guadalest, a spectacular mountain village in the hills above Benidorm. Terra Mitica which is great to keep the children amused or adults who are young at heart. Valencia is only about an hour away with its museums and Art galleries and also the biggest aquarium in Europe. For the golfers, Oliva Golf Course designed by Seve Ballesteros is only 10 minutes drive away.

Denia itself is a beautiful Spanish town. There is usually an event or fiesta going on in the main street, when they close it off to traffic and everybody takes to the streets. In the summer months there is a craft fair on the harbour front every evening. The Marina at Denia has been very recently upgraded as the Americas Cup is being held from April throughout to early July from Valencia to Alicante. The ships should be visible from the apartment. Behind Denia, there are some beautiful hill top villages such as Pego and Pedeguer. It is well worth venturing away from the coast just to see the real Spain. Other nearby coastal towns are Calpe, Moraira, Javea an Oliva. Probably the most attractive is Moraira.
