The property accommodates 4 persons although there is a large sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people. The apartment is situated in the sought-after quiet residential area of Denia, nestled at the foot of the Montgo Massif and only 500 metres from town and very near the excellent beaches, coves and restaurants.

Shopping.: Denia has a classy tree-lined boulevard with cafes, restaurants and is the place to buy designer wear. The best selection of Spanish classic leather shoes can be bought here. There are also popular markets where many a bargain can be found. Large supermarket chains have become more prominent in recent years, 'Mercadona', the popular Spanish food outlet is still the Costa Blanca's main supermarket.

Scenic Routes.: From Alicante, south of the coast, to Denia in the North, there is a narrow gauge railway line called 'El Trenet', which is the best form of transport to view the area's magnificent scenery. Starting at Denia where the oranges and lemons are prolific from November until February, the train meanders through colourful groves, where you can view the fruit picking and packing.

We arrived late at night and found the directions supplied excellent.
Lovely apartment, clean and spacious, nice to have barbeque at night and just laze by the pool in the day. Luxury to have a washing machine and plenty of dvd's for tired kiddies to zonk to!!
Would recommend this property, it's peaceful and safe - just what we needed.
