2 Bedroom apartment close to beach, 2 pools, solarium

Lovely first floor apartment in very attractive community. The apartment overlooks a nature reserve with a view to the mountains. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two singles. The lounge/dining room has two bed sofas so will sleep up to six. The modern kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a wide screen TV with DVD player, also a stereo system. There are also board games and CD's & DVD's. There is a spiral stairs that leads to the roof solarium. Up here there is a large sun canopy, dining table and chairs for relaxing outdoor dining. There are also sun loungers and an outdoor shower for cooling down while sun bathing. There are two very large pools in the complex which do not get busy except maybe at weekends sometimes. There is also a tennis court and bowls. The beach is about 10 mins walk and the Bars & Restaurants are just around the corner. There are also attractive communal gardens and play areas.

Notes to the rental rates

• 200 euro deposit required with booking. Rental to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to departure
  100 euro key / damage deposit to be paid with final rental fee. This will be returned upon safe return of keys
  
• A €60 cleaning fee is payable locally at the end of stay
  Airport pick up can be arranged
  Grocery shopping may be ordered in advance from our cleaning company. Your order will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Meet and greet service

If required, our friendly property management team 'DunnAndDusted' offer the following services: Meet & greet from Alicante Airport - If you are not renting a car - they will pick you up and take you to the apartment and get you settled in. They only charge the same as a taxi would anyway so its very good value. If required you can also arrange to have grocery shopping done in advance for your arrival DunnAndDusted is also your contact point if you have any problems during your stay - their telephone number will be on the apartment keys.

We thought your apartment was great, and set in a lovely spot. It was so relaxing and also surprisingly quiet, especially at night. The view across to the mountains is just lovely, and looking out onto the nature reserve made it even more so. The complex was very pretty I thought, and the pools were beautiful, and very clean. We used them every day. Our boys also loved being able to borrow your board games, and watch some of your DVDs. It just polished it off for us. Also, Barry and Hazel were very friendly and welcoming, and it made it so smooth having Barry collect us, and take us to the airport, without having to worry.
