This beautifully furnished apartment, completed June 2006 is situated 20 minutes from Alicante airport, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the famous Bonalba golf course. This apartment is set in the serenity of the mountains but the coast line can been seen from the terrace. The apartment is fully furnished to a high specification with ensuite, jacuzzi bath, internal piped music system to be operated with any one's personal MP3/Ipod player and Central Air Conditioning (hot and cold). The apartment complex has a swimming pool, tennis/volley ball court. This complex is secure via remote control electric main gate, with private covered parking to the rear of the property, all on 1 level (no stairs). Car is essential. El Campello and San Juan beaches are near by, with Benidorm a 30 minute drive where all amenities are available for all ages. Please note rates are quoted in British Pounds, however payment can be made in Euros at the exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

59 Gran Mirador is situated in the Rio Park Urbanisation, close to Mutxamel, San Juan and El Campello. This apartment is easily accessed from the Valencia/Alicante motorway, only 20 minutes from Alicante Airport. There is also direct access to/from the new access road to Alicante and the beach. There is a small private aerodrome within walking distance, where one can take coffee, refreshments, lunch or snacks whilst watching the day go by. Alicante City is only 8km and can be accessed via a train that runs between El Campello/San Juan straight into the Alicante Marina, making it easy for sight seeing in the City or taking boat trips to surrounding areas. This area is perfect for a relaxing holiday yet only 5 minutes by car to the beach, golf courses, restaurants and towns of San Jaun and Mutxamel.

  • Also added to this cost will be £75 (British Pounds) for cleaning the apartment and washing the linen at the end of your rental period, the apartment must be left as found. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement date. Payment methods - cheque, bank transfer. Notes on rental rates - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on initial booking to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the commencement date. If your arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking date then a full payment is required. Cancellation Policy - Up to 8 weeks of arrival date - no charge; 4 to 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total payment refunded; 2 to 4 weeks before arrival - 25% of total payment refunded; less than 2 weeks before arrival - no refund given. £150 per week security bond is required in the unlikely event of any breakages etc. payable by cheque, which will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of the stay, provided keys are returned and there are no damages
  • It is advisable that the Client obtains their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations etc. In the event of the owner cancels then all monies will be refunded. All information offered by the owner forms part of the booking conditions. Distances and descriptions are offered in good faith and these terms and conditions apply to all bookings and the Client is deemed to have accepted these conditions.
  • Linen, house and pool towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. On the day of your arrival you will have access to the property no earlier than 4pm. We ask that on the day of departure you vacate the apartment by 10am. If there is no arrival expected on your day of departure, we can be flexible with the departure time. The final decision on this is with the key holder. Flexible Change over days and Nightly Rentals are also available on request. Special Long Term Rentals: Discounts given for rentals of more than 3 weeks. Please contact the owner with your requirements for further details. A welcome pack is also available if required, please request this information when booking.

Things To Do: Castillo de Santa Barbera - Castle in Alicante with excellent views, easily accessed by the train from San Juan into the Marina at Alicante where you can visit the castle or take a boat to nearby islands, or explore the City of Alicante. Lots to do for all ages and interests. Cuevas de Canelobre - Caves with stalactites and stalagmites at Busot - well worth a visit. Elche - Picturesque Spanish town with a lovely church. Safari Park with free roaming lions. Benidorm - Mundomar Theme Park, wild life and exotic animals complete with dolphin show. Aqualandia, Giant water park. Terra Metica - Theme park with water world. Lots to do and see in Benidorm with good shows. Limon Express - Picturesque train ride from Alicante to Denia. Golf - 3 Championship courses, 2 in Alicante and 1 in Bonalba. El Campello and San Juan Beaches - Excellent sands and safe swimming with lots of great restaurants for all tastes.

Coast and Beach: El Campello (10 to 15 minute drive) has a small marina, superb long sandy beach which is clean and safe. It has an excellent promenade with restaurants, cafe bars and shops. A number of small coves can be found just north of Campello. San Juan (10 minute drive) also has a superb long sandy beach which is safe and clean. It also has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and cafe bars. Excellent for children. You can park your car at the beach front and take the train south to Alicante or north to El Campello, and change trains here for Calpe, Denia and Valencia.

Golf: Bonalba Golf has a magnificent 18 hole par 72 course, measuring 6.364m from the back tees. The course nestles in the foot of the Sierra de Bonalba hills, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The facilities include a Golf Academy with qualified professional instructors, large driving range, putting greens, approach area and bunker practice greens. You can also hire pull trolleys, electric trolleys, buggies, clubs etc. The clubhouse has changing rooms with lockers, a restaurant and Pro Shop. Bonalba is open every day at 8am. The Bonalba Golf Club has an excellent pool area, super spa and water chute which you can use as a day guest, this is only a 5 minute drive away and is an excellent day out for all the family.

I can strongly recommend this 3 bed apartment, the quality and cleanliness of the property was outstanding, a car is a must, and with the car you are within 10 to 15 minutes of some excellent beaches at San Juan and El Campello, I will certainly be recommending this apartment to friends and colleagues
Owner's Response: We are pleased that our standards have not dropped. A car is a necessity and is clearly stated in our ad, but it can also be very advantageous and is not as costly as you think when you consider taxi costs from and to the airport.

Would certainly recommend this apartment.
There were 5 of us, 3 teenagers and 2 agers and we all had a good time.
Accommodation was to a high standard, set in lovely surroundings and an excellent pool. A car is essential for your holiday. El Campello is only a short drive away and has a wide choice of restaurants overlooking the beach.
You are located in between Alicante and Benidorm and so can easily visit both either by car or using the local tram system(well worth doing to try out your Spanish!).

This apartment is impreably designed and furnished with everything you could ask for for a relaing break. Large balcony with sunbeds for the day, an awning for shade if needed and table for night, and views across to Alicante. Well equiped kitchen and bathrooms. We particularly enjoyed the built in music system and large tv! All kept in perfect condition and very clean. It was a luxury home from home.
The pool and tennis court were quiet and well maintained.
The owner left useful information on the local area and things to do/places to eat/how to get about, her contact before we left was most useful and made for a friendly service.
There is plenty to do close by, a theme park in benidorm, local market, beaches and mountains. The owner recommend a local for taxi services which gave us a great night out in alicante.
A great find of an apartment, at a great price, thanks. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice spring break apartment

Last week I went to stay at this apartment with my wife, two sons and parents in law. Most of the other apartments on the premises were empty, which was to the kids disappointment because there were no new friends to be made. But for the bigger ones I must admit it was really quiet and relaxing! The apartment was everything that was promised and was clean and everything worked well. My brother in law lives in Alicante and it is likely that any family will take this apartment again if possible. Good value for money. We had a great time here!
