Built in 2002, this modern, spacious and very well equipped apartment offers an excellent base for a wonderful holiday. It has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a triple bedroom, a single bedroom and another bathroom. The living/dining room, kitchen and second bedroom all lead out through patio doors to a large terrace, which overlooks the large pool and gardens. There is Sky TV, DVD and radio/CD in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Situated only 300m from a beautiful sandy beach, a car is not essential although it is recommended if you wish to explore the local area. The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the pool.

I stayed here with my family in August 2008

It really is a very comfortable appartment with new furnishings and tastefully decorated.

A/C was lovely in the hot evenings and the balcony was south facing so we enjoyed breakfast lunch and dinner over looking the pool .

The owners have kindly left DVD's / Books and Games which our children really enjoyed

Javea is a family friendly resort with a wide choice of bars and restaurants
