Luxury Apartment in Superb Location
Built in 2002, this modern, spacious and very well equipped apartment offers an excellent base for a wonderful holiday. It has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a triple bedroom, a single bedroom and another bathroom. The living/dining room, kitchen and second bedroom all lead out through patio doors to a large terrace, which overlooks the large pool and gardens. There is Sky TV, DVD and radio/CD in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Situated only 300m from a beautiful sandy beach, a car is not essential although it is recommended if you wish to explore the local area. The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the pool.

This superb apartment is located next to the new marina, only 2 mins walk from the wide sandy beach. It shares a beautiful communal pool, gym, tennis and squash court with several golf courses nearby.
