This is a Beautiful Brand New & luxurious Apartment finished to a very high standard. Built on an exclusive development of only 39 Apartments, it is situated close to the Fontana Cana & Marina. It is a 5min stroll from the Arenal Sandy Beach where there are numerous Bars, Shops & Restaurants. It offers a fully fitted Kitchen with Oven & Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Tumble Drier. The Living Area is both large & spacious with sliding doors leading to a large covered Terrace with views of Mount Montgo. Each of the 3 Bedrooms have fitted Wardrobes with the Master Bedroom having an ensuite Bathroom with twin sinks, Bath & Shower Cubicle. The other 2 Bedrooms are twin bedded. Javea is overlooked by Mount Montgo and has a relaxing and typically Spanish atmosphere, the Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent 'Blue Flag' beaches. Javea itself is split into three main areas. The 'Arenal' where the apartment is situated offers beautiful white sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for the children in the Summer months with rides, trampolining and go-karts. The port is a traditional fishing port with a large Marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of restaurants and bars and clean pebbled beaches. The Historic town with its white house fronts and cobbled streets is a typical 'Spanish' town relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambience. The spectacular fiestas of Javea begin in June and continue through the summer months.

Nearby areas of Interest and Tourist attractions: Javea is less than one hours drive by car from Benidorm, which has many attractions for all ages, including 'Mundomar' an animal water park, 'Aqualandia' a theme swimming park and 'Terra Mitica' a large fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar', other nearby towns include Moraira, with spectacular coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large port offering daily trips to the Baleric Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the sea, Benissa and Teulada.

Nearby Golf Courses: The apartment is ideally situated for those guests who enjoy a relaxing round of golf. Javea has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach Moraira again with 9 holes. Further away there is Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 holes and the famous Seve Ballesteros Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 holes.

Getting around: Although it is possible to get to the beach, supermarket and restaurants without a car, it is strongly recommended for getting around in Spain and the owners can assist you with car hire. We recommend Javea Cars whose details can be found on their web site, please contact us for the address.

Golf: Club de Golf La Sella is close to the village of Jesus Pobre on the road between Javea and Denia. Opened in 1991 it is an 18 hole, par 72 course of 6,595 yards. José Maria Olazábal advised on the course’s design and has produced a demanding layout. Set within a valley, it is almost totally flat but with a variety of trees and water obstacles (the canals and lakes which provide the irrigation) lining most fairways, La Sella presents some excellent driving situations and fast greens. This is a private club with restricted membership but is friendly to visitors who are allowed to play and use the well-appointed clubhouse. Facilities include driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, swimming pool, tennis and squash courts. There is also a clubhouse with club bar, a lounge bar and a restaurant. Club de Golf Jávea nestling in the valley between Moraira and Javea is an 18 hole par 72 of 6,641 yards. Although relatively flat, it is more difficult than it looks. This all-year round club has superb views of the El Montgo mountain, and has been attractively planted and landscaped around the greens. It has a driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, club bar and a restaurant. Advanced booking recommended and proof of handicap is necessary. We have just returned from an excellent stay at this property. From the moment we booked Brian the owner was so helpful and he was always available on the phone, if we had any questions. The Apartment is spotless with everything you need for a perfect holiday. We took my 84 year old mother and she did not have any problems moving around the apartment or in the pool area. There is even a lift outside the door. It is an easy walk to the beach and the port where there are lots of excellent restaurants. That's if you can persuade the family to leave the lovely pool area which is clean and well maintained.
Also nothing could be better than sitting on the large balcony having a glass of wine at the end of the day.
We would certainly recommend this apartment to everyone and are looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent Experience

The apartment was superb - very well located for all
facilities (supermarkets and beach in very close vicinity), beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean. We could have not asked for anything better and Brian could not have done anything more as a host right down to the contact he made while we were in Javea to check that all was ok. The customer service and attention to detail was the best I have experienced when booking holiday accommodation.

The pool was area was excellent and very quiet during our stay - so much so that we actually preferred it to the beach.

I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends and colleagues who may be thinking of visiting the Alicante area in the future.

I last stayed in Javea 30 years ago and given all the developments that have occurred throughout Spain it is nice to see that in many ways Javea has changed very little - for the good!

Wishing Brian continued success with the rental of appartment -
he certainly deseves it.

FANTASTICO!

This is a superb apartment. We are a family of 5 with 3 children (7,6 & 2) and found Brian's holiday home to be perfect in every way. The location meant that we could easily walk to the Arenal beach / promenade in 5-10 mins so the hire car was left unused for most of the week. With the road-train stopping on the canal bridge, we didn't even bother with the car when we went to the port in the evening. The whole apartment is really well equiped and we also found it to be cool in the daytime even without using the air-con. The spacious layout meant there was loads of space for the kids to play during siesta time (good board games in the cupboard!) and the balcony was great for relaxing / eating meals. Very comfortable beds, modern decor, quiet location - we could go on and on.... Javea is a great resort and this apartment makes an ideal base. Thanks again for all your help Brian - we are all very depressed to be back in gloomy England.

Excellent apartment and location

Magnifique appartement d'une qualité et d'une propreté exceptionnelle. Que du haut de gamme dans les matériaux utilisés (y compris l'équipement de la cuisine). Climatisation Daikin avec programmation (bruyante sur la terrasse, nécessitant son arrêt, ce qui n'est pas du tout génant). Nous avons demandé une table extérieure que nous avons obtenue en 4 heures (livrée à l'appartement!). La plage (arenal, là où il faut être) est à 350 mêtres, tout se fait à pied. télévision avec plus de 30 chaines satellite, dont plusieurs de sport (rien en Français!). Piscine très agréable (celle qui donne sur la terrasse n'est pas celle de la résidence, mais la vue est superbe). Au milieu du séjour, on vous livre d'autres draps et serviettes et on vous refait les lits! Nous avons l'habitude de louer des appartements haut de gamme en espagne; c'est de loin le meilleur!

For those who are not familiar with french... excellent apartement, very closed to all the facilities (less then 5 minutes by foot). Extraordinary apartement full equiped with very high quality products

And last but not least, Brian the owner his very helpfull in giving your details for a nice stay! (restaurants recommanded,...)

Great apartment, great location

My wife and 2 daughters stayed here last year and this is one of the best apartments we've rented over the last 20 years. The owner could not have been more helpful - even rang with a weather update the day before! Apartment big, clean with all mod cons, a good terrace area and parking very easy. Nice to stay somewhere with mainly the local Spanish people too. Also a fantastic location -one of the best in Javea- very quiet but only 10 minutes stroll to the best beach and all the local bars and restaurants.
