Brand new luxury 2 bed apartment, on the exclusive Floridamar complex. The apartment is approx 2 minutes walk from the popular Port, Marina and Beach with its many shops bars and restaurants. The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated making it ideal for summer and winter. Newly furnished it benefits from a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The spacious lounge/dining area has cable TV, DVD/CD player and leads onto the large balcony,overlooking the communal gardens, pool and jacuzzi. On the complex there is also use of sauna and paddle court (1 Euro charge paid locally). The location of the property makes it an ideal holiday for both couples and/or families.

Javea is in the north of Alicante province, between Cabo San Antonio and Cabo La Nao. 1 hour drive north of Alicante airport and 1 hour south of Valencia airport. The town comprises of three main areas - the Old Town, the Fishing Harbour/Port and the Arenal. The apartment is a 2-minute walk into the Port and beach. The promenade of shops restaurants and bars overlooks the beautiful bay and leads to the Marina. Javea enjoys a typical subtropical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in the summer and mild temperatures in the winter.

Getting to the Apartment: You can fly into either Alicante or Valencia airports. Both are just over 1 hour away and with easy access via the A7 motorway. Car hire can be arranged, with a 10% discount on your behalf. Or, we can offer an airport transfer service, to meet you at the airport and take you directly to the apartment. Eating out and Attractions: The palm lined sea front promenade is just 2 minutes walk away. It has a fantastic selection of resturants and bars overlooking the harbour and Javea bay. From Spanish cuisine to Italian Pizzerias, steak houses and Chinese - something for everyone. Try the Arenal area for even more choice and night life. About 35 minutes away by car you have the fantastic Spanish theme park called Terra Mitica which is well worth a visit with numerous themed rides. Aqualandia Water Theme Park and Mundomar Animal and Sea World are again fantastic places to visit.
