This is a lovely ground floor duplex apartment and although classed as non smoking, smokers are welcome to use the outdoor terrace area for smoking. In the spacious lounge you will find two comfortable sofa's one of which is a double sofa bed which can sleep an additional 2 people. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with new furniture and the american kitchen is fitted with all the white goods you will require including a separate utility area. There is a lovely private terrace with pool views which has a modern patio table, 4 chairs, parasol, 2 sunbeds and 2 recliners. You can directly access the large communal swimming pool which has a splash pool for children from this terrace and it has a lockable gate providing excellent security for smaller children. Javea is the perfect holiday location for all and is located on the Costa Blanca, which is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. There are hundreds of lovely coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is ideal for the family with our famous Arenal sandy beach which has play areas for children, showers and plenty of trendy bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants and bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets and are a mere 5 minute walk from the apartment. The pebbly beach with traditional beach bars is less than a 3 minute stroll. The Arenal and old town of Javea are also within walking distance or less than 5 minutes by car. We are within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars. We are within easy drive to Denia, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley, Guadalest and Ibiza is only a ferry trip away.

Notes to the rental rates

  • A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 200 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. A Travel Cot can be hired for 10 pounds per week and a high chair for 5 pounds per week. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for 40.00 pounds per change, advance notice will be required. Linen and towels provided. Beach towels to be provided by yourselves.

The apartment is in an excellent location and is only a few minutes walk from two very good supermarkets. There is underground parking provided in the price which has direct access to the apartment via an elevator. For any clients who prefer not to drive when on holiday you will find the port area with all its shops, bars, restaurants and beach to be only an 8 minute walk. The pebbly beach is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment with the popular La Siesta and Montgo Di Bongo bars/restaurants. Both these bars have dining, bar, shower, beach lounger and toilet facilities. If you quite like the Arenal area you can walk there within 20 minutes. On the Avenida De Augusta which borders the complex are a few good restaurants and bars including the famous WOK chinese with an all you can eat menu for €8.50. It is unbelievably good too! According to the World Health Organisation the climate in Javea is the best in Spain with an average of 325 sunny days a year. A memorable experience

The Town of Javea has a reputation for being a wonderful family holiday town. It affords a quaint fishing port, with beaches, promenades, restaurants and historical town full of Spanish culture, with a myriad of tiny streets, shops, restaurants, bars and markets. This part of coastal Spain has not been over developed. There is no high-rise building and the countryside has an abundance of orange and lemon groves. The beaches are blue flag and local leisure facilities include tennis and golf clubs, water sports and horse riding. In particular, Javea Golf Club is two minutes, La Sella Golf 15 minutes, Moraira Golf, 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes away. There are weekly markets in all the villages and towns every day offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, array of olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery etc. Don't forget to barter, it is expected!
