Apartment in Javea, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain: This luxury one bedroom apartment, located in an excellent area, is in a small safe complex with pretty gardens and lovely pool. The ground floor apartment is furnished to a very high standard, has air-conditioning and under floor heating. The bedroom has a large, comfortable bed with latex mattress and french windows opening onto a covered terrace. The lounge/dining room is very comfortable with leather furniture, Satellite TV, DVD/CD player and french windows overlooking the pretty, private and secure garden with open views. It also has two comfortable single beds which easily convert to a seating area or vice versa. The marble bathroom consists of a bath with shower, toilet, bidet, vanity unit with mirror and hair drier. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. The harbour, beach, shopping and restaurants are only a few minutes walking distance away.

Javea is split into three main areas. The 'Arenal' which offers beautiful sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants (20 minutes coastal walk from the apartment). Javea Port is a traditional fishing port with a large Marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of restaurants and bars, clean pebbled beaches and a small sandy beach (5 minutes walk from the apartment). The traditional historic 'Old Town' has many Tapas Bars and a weekly market (15/20 minutes walk from the apartment). Nearby Golf Courses. Javea has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach Moraira again with 9 holes. Further away there is Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 holes and the famous Ballesteros Club de Gold Oliva again with 18 holes.
