Beautiful sunny corner apartment, fully furnished on a lovely private complex with gardens, large pool and children's pool All rooms lead out onto a large sunny terrace and the fantastic beach is only a short flat stroll away, where a wonderful choice of bars and restaurants (Italian, English, Mexican, French, Spanish etc.) are right on the beach and you can see your children from your seat. More bars, restaurants, shops close by, nearest supermarket 150mtrs. Tourist information is around the corner. Underground private parking spot with entrance key, although a car is not really necessary. Excellent golf facilities abound in this and surrounding areas. A general information pack will be sent to you once booking is confirmed, events etc. Long term winter lets available, please call for info. From the Apt there is a very easy stroll to the beach. We do it with our three children 5 & under in tow with our beach gear and toys. The beach is very child friendly. There is an abundance of fine restaurants and cheaper places to eat alike. Javea is located between Alicante and Valencia.Benidorm is a 45 mins south and Denia is only 9KM away where you can catch many ferries out to the islands and various stops along the coast. There is also a great market here. Not to mention the famous Fallas festival, not to missed in March annually. Terra Mittica is about a 45 min journey,(very popular theme park).There is also Aqualandia,another great attraction. A nice train ride is the Lemon Express all the way to Alicante from nearby Gata. The vineyards of the Jalon Valley are nearby for visits and tastings with nice shops and Galleries.Golfing is also an attraction of this and surrounding areas. The whole area is surrounded with beautiful mountains for touring and even waterfalls

  • The ensuite bathroom is beautiful, large and airy.It has a lovely window which you can open for a view or to add to the airy feel or just let the hot steam out ! The shower is fantastic. It also has a great mirror to help you look good. Just outside the main bathroom there lots of closets for hanging clothes and the bedroom is wonderful for dressing in with a mirror and lots of space. The second bathroom has an enclosed shower with toilet,sink and again a great mirror for looking good. Enjoy !

  • Master bedroom very spacious with beautiful ensuite bathroom with a large airy window with view.Lots and lots of spacious closet space.The bedroom has large sliding door right out onto the huge terrace (70 metre) + facing south for lots of sun all day,this adds to the bright and airy feel to the room. The second bedroom contains two beds with access out onto the terrace .All the beds are of a high quality. The living room has a sofa bed which can fit two people and we have a cot that is available upon request.

We are only in our third season of renting and everything is in tip top shape, still new.We are getting fantastic feedback and try to add special touches.Your comments are MOST welcome and we do listen, so we have added new Sun Loungers to take to the pool/beach and are in the process of having a new DVD/digi box added also. We use the comments to make changes to the apt as you suggest. This year we have added some beautiful linen curtains to the bedrooms, we have added some new Sun Loungers for the pool/beach/terrace. New plants/flowers in the garden

Book early so not to be disappointed, if we can't accommodate we will try to put you onto someone that can. Live life and enjoy!! We added new plants to the garden to make it a nicer place to stay.

A BIG THANK YOU: We wish to thank all of you that came to stay at our Apt. last season and for all of your kind words that you wrote in our guest book. We love to read the notes that you leave and look forward to it each year.From the notes that we see each year we know what to do to improve the accommodation for you. Some of you had requested some net curtains in the two bedrooms. Well we went a little further and fitted some rather beautiful, sheer, light and airy curtains. We must say that they certainly add a special light touch adding to the already spacious airy feel of the place. Everything has been touched up a little. A little paint here and there and some extra bits for the kitchen. If you have any more comments you know how to reach us. In fact if you could possibly find the time to visit the website (please, contact owner for link) there is now an online guest book and you could leave some comments there for others to read. We added new portable Sunloungers for the POOL/BEACH.

Other Activities: great hiking, hike to the top of Montgo mountain for great vistas.Great choice of restaurants right on the beach.

We had a great holiday staying in this lovely apartment with our two pre-school children. It is extremely well equipped - there was even charcoal for the BBQ! - which made it much easier with such small children, meaning that we didn't have to bring so much. The enormous, sunny terrace was a real bonus but the whole apartment is spacious with an airy feel.
We would definitely recommend the Golden Beach apartments and both pools were great. We also liked Javea and loved the sandy beach and the apartment is very well situated although you do have to cross a very busy road to get to the beach and most of the restaurants.
The owners were very helpful and pleasant to deal with and we would definitely recommend the apartment - particularly for families with young children.

this is a modern fully equiped aprtment. owners very helpfull, my 2 friends & i so enjoyed this place .about a 5/7 min stroll to the gorgouse arenal beach area. very secure in and around the appartment.i recomend the platino bar, great peaple great music, comfy furniture,all the bars & restraunts look good, spanish prebooked taxi pick up, i have used these reguler & never let us down.

We stayed at this apartment in August 2007 and loved it. It is a really high standard of accomodation exactly as it says in the description on the site. Loved the terrace, suberb space for the kids to play or sit at night to eat or have a drink. Close to all the ammenities but also quiet enough at night to ensure good night sleep. We visited Javea again this year but came with our friends so needed a bigger apartment - if we went again as a family I would not hesitate to stay here again. Parking facilities were fantastic.

The apartment is eveything it says in the description. We stayed there Sept 2006 ,we enjoyed it so much we are returning this year with my sister to show her Javea, that's if we move from relaxing on the fantastic terrace. The restaurants are all within easy walking distance from the apt and it is hard to choose a favourite as they are all very good. I have to say that we did not get to the beach during the day because we were happy to relax on the terrace but of an evenung we would stroll along the beach. The apartment would suit most people because of its situation and the fact of the lift from the car park to practically opposite the door of the apt would suit people with difficulty in walking long distances or climbing stairs. Also there is plenty of room in the apartment and on the terrace for children to play safely.We would certainly recommend the apt to couples or families with young children.

Very well appointed apartment. We appreciated the space, the big cupboards etc. Wonderful kitchen. Loved the sunny terrace. We are now booking our fourth stay there and plan to return every year! The description on the holiday rental site is accurate and not embroidered! The secure, underground car park with lift to apartments makes it safe for the car and very easy access for packing, unpacking etc. The access to apartments by lift from the garage makes it very suitable for the elderly! As we live permanently in the South of France we only go to Javea in the winter so it is a pleasure to find a very good selection of shops and restaurants open and all within walking distance.
