Our five well furnished, centrally heated and air-conditioned apartments - each with separate entrance and consisting of 2 or 3 bedrooms - are situate in large private gardens, with 10 magnificent palm trees (flood-lit in summer) in a tranquil residential area on the pine covered slopes of Jávea Bay. The 'kidney-shaped' pool (approx. 12.5m x 7m) has been re-tiled with underwater lights. The BBQ, pool surroundings and covered area for relaxation & dining, are furnished with tables, sun loungers & sunshades. We offer Air-Con, heating, new bathrooms, cable TV & DVD/CD, microwaves, new beds & bedroom furniture. A free 24-hr ASDL Wi-Fi Broadband facility covers all apartments & pool area - a great advantage for property seekers. We are on the south side of Jávea bay on the tranquil wooded hillside just up on the right before Tosalet and approx. 1.4km from the main sandy beach at Arenal where there are copious bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. In effect we are about as near to the beach as it is possible to be whilst enjoying total tranquillity and thus avoiding the noise and hurly-burly of that area ! It can be walked in approx. 15 min (slightly longer on the return if the meal was good !).

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices shown are for the two two-bedroom Apts. (A & C).
    The two three-bedroom apartments (B & D) are approx.15% more than the two-bedroom rates as shown. The Apt.E is approx. 20-25% less than the rates shown. Rental periods that do not run Saturday/ Saturday, but cross a tariff/date change or are less than a week, will be charged pro-rata/per diem (min.4 days) for the period involved in order to establish a rental.
    Tariffs for the winter have been reduced and set at Euro 135 per week per apartment with heating now being provided via the air-conditioning facility of each apartment (the electricity for the air-conditioning unit, whether for heating or cooling) is meter-read and charged at cost). The heating costs in winter 2011/2012 fell between €18 - €27 per apaprtment (thus less than the rental reduction ! and permitting clients to be as warm as they wish).
  • Water, gas, electricity are included. There is a returnable duration-based security deposit (£150 - £400 or Euros 200 - €500 per apt.) payable with the rental balance. Deposit is approx. one third on signature of rental agreement; balance falls due 6 weeks before arrival. Winter lets run from 3 Nov. 2012 to 29th March 2013. Linen (including sheets, tea towels, bath towels & bath mats, etc.) is supplied and changed weekly and for which a nominal laundry charge of Euro 10.00 pp/per week is made as well as a single contribution to final cleaning of €50.00. The Xmas/New Year supplement is €50 a week per apartment.
  • Car hire : Very special competitive car-hire rates are available to us via the region's No.1 Company whose HQ is in Jávea. Please ask for tariffs before booking elsewhere (assistance with hire car problems is only given to those who book through us). Wi-Fi ADSL Broadband : This facility is fast and very successful and is much used and welcomed by very many clients. There is no charge whatever for this 24-hour service which covers all apartments and the pool area.

Campobello can sleep 22 adults and 2 children. The unit known as Apt.E has a double bed and bunk beds which are not suitable for adults).

  • The building has the capacity to accommodate 24 people (22 Ad + 2 Chd) in five separate apartments although all apartments can be booked separately. Those designated B & D are of three bedrooms (one double, and two twin-bedded) and are on the left side of the building as seen in the main photo (Apt.B is the upper one). Both have balconies overlooking pool and gardens. The apartments designated A & C are of two bedrooms (both twin-bedded) and are on the right side of the building (Apt.A is the upper one) also with balconies and views over pool and gardens. All these balconies have chairs and tables. Apartment E has a large double bed and, in a small separate room, a pair of bunks (accordingly suitable only for children) and its own terrace with table/chairs and sunshade. All apartments are equipped with iron, ironing board and electric wall-mounted hair-dryer as well as the usual kitchen equipment & facilities (the information given refers to one unit but to each of the five).

Notes: The great palms in the gardens are floodlit and the pool has underwater lighting. Cots & high chairs can be hired (at €18.00 & €12.00 each per week, respectively). All linen is provided BUT beach towels are not supplied. The bathrooms all have showers, bidets, etc. and wall-mounted hair-dryers. The whole pool area has been re-tiled and this goes right around the building especially providing the elderly with a new sloping hard pathway from the car park to the back of the building. Free of steps it leads to the entrances of the Apts.C & D where access is up 2-3 steps. The Apt.C has its own ramp. Apt.E (ground level) has wheelchair accessibility. Group bookings: The complex can be let to groups by special arrangement (booking needs to be very early indeed to secure this facility). Domestic animals are not allowed nor is music around the pool. Electricity for air-conditioning is meter-read & charged at cost (this also applies in winter where the same unit is now used for heating).

Jávea is the gem of the Costa Blanca. Campobello is set in over an acre of splendid private garden with pool, BBQ and dining areas (open and covered) and 18 magnificent palm trees (illuminated at night), in a quiet high-class residential area on pine covered slopes overlooking Jávea Bay. The 4 main balconies overlook the pool and gardens. The apartments have large living /dining area, separate kitchen & full bathroom. Easy access (1.4km) to shops, beaches, sporting facilities and restaurants (listing provided to each client - we have 5 Michelin stars in the immediate area) does not detract from our friendly villa-style environment and peaceful holiday location where children meet other children and can play in safety. The theme park Terra Mitica is within easy motoring distance (short hop down the AP7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia and MundoMar (dolphins) - all just outside Benidorm. The apartments are ideal for independent-minded property seekers with the Wi-Fi facility being a great bonus (operates 24/7).

A car is essential in spite of proximity to facilities. We also offer long-term winter lets. The heating is provided by means of the air-conditioning units and is meter-read and charged at cost (hence the reduction in winter rentals, by some €40 per week, to €132 per week). The floodlighting of the palm trees and pool area runs from April to end October. The property is owner-controlled at all times. Television : The cable TV system, to all apartments, has been digitally upgraded and now offers a huge range of UK TV programmes (approx.60 and includes BBC R2, R3 & R4) as well as Spanish TV (8), French (6) & German (50), etc. A DVD/CD player is linked to the TV set.

Golf:

We are ideally placed for golf - the nearest, Jávea GC is less than 5 minutes away. A 9-hole course, more difficult than it looks, has superb views of Montgó dominating Jávea (Green fees approx. Euros 80). Towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella GC, a beautiful 18-hole course. Further afield (c.35 minutes) there is an excellent course at Oliva (18-holes, designed by Ballesteros) and, south of Valencia, the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler. Other features: The theme park Terra Mitica is within easy motoring distance (a short hop down AP7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia (swim-park; website available on request) and MundoMar (dolphins) outside Benidorm. The fabulous new Science & Oceanographic (5000 different fish) parks at Valencia make a spectacular day's outing (website on request).

Relaxing Campobello

We have been regular visitors to Campobello for over 10 years now. For us Campobello combines spacious accommodation with a good sized pool, tranquil seating areas and garden, and is perfect for families. The relaxing atmosphere strikes you as soon as you arrive. The layout of apartment and grounds allows you to mix with other visitors or you can simply choose to enjoy the peace and quiet of the location. Campobello is a favourite summer retreat for us and we have very fond memories of our holidays there.

Wonderful holiday

Campobello is a wonderful property, set in a quiet residential area of Javea, yet within very easy reach of the beach, shops and restaurants. It is possible to walk back from the beach if you wish to leave the car behind, takes about 15-20 mins. Arenal (main beach) has some superb restaurants, the owner gave us a very useful list too.
The pool area was so peaceful which was a nice haven to return to after the busy beach. We have 2 small children and they loved the large pool and garden, great for playing hide and seek! The BBQ area is great for evening meals and it was nice chatting to other families. It never felt too busy either as there are only 5 apartments in total. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and has everything you need. The balcony is great to use at night as it overlooked the floodlit pool and stunning palm trees.
We highly recommend this property to anyone with children or for anyone who just wants some peace and relaxation!

the property was very clean and well fitted out we came as a family party of 18 aged from 5 months to 66 years and everybody had a brilliant time and were sorry to leave.

un très beau séjour à Javea

nous avons trouvé cette location à la dernière minute sur internet et nous ne connaissions pas Javea. Le contact avec le propriétaire de l'établissement a été rapide et très cordial. Il nous a communiqué toutes les informations nécessaires pour bien préparer notre voyage. Cette ville et sa région sont magnifiques. Nous avons réservé l'appartement E qui offre un très bon rapport qualité prix. L'environnement de l'hôtel et la piscine sont magnifiques. Nos deux enfants ont tout de suite sympathisé avec les autres gamins et ont passé une excellente semaine. Au point qu'il était difficile de les emmener à la plage. Criques et sable fin, il y en a pour tous les gouts. L'office du tourisme référence toutes les plages mais en se promenant un peu on peut trouver des petits coins de paradis. L'éco système est bien préservé et la présence d'une réserve naturelle offre des paysages authentiques. Nous adorons la cuisine hispanique et de ce côté là nous n'avons pas été décus. Nous avons suivis les conseils du propriétaire de l'établissement qui nous a remis une liste importante de restaurants qu'il a lui même testé et noté !!! (Nous vous recommandons vivement le restaurant Azorin dans le port de Javea). Le soir, la plage du centre offre de multiples animations pour petits et grands. Des matchs de foot sont diffusés sur des écrans géants dans certains pubs en face de la plage. Ambiance festive !!! Une fête foraine pour les petits proposent de multiples animations. Javea restera un très bon souvenir de vacances.
L'espagne et la Corée du Sud restent définitivement nos deux meilleures destinations !!!

Très agréable ...mais Javéa boff...

Pour nos amis les Français si les autres appartements ne sont loués que par des Anglais .... ils se sentent bien chez eux et vous le font bien ressentir !... Dans ce cas, oubliez le barbecue qui sera de toute façon squaté dés 18h00 par ces derniers !!!!....Que cela ne tienne, nous avons dégoté des restos typiquement espagnols dans le centre historique de Javéa où il faisait bon de dîner .... Concernant Javéa si vous aimez les plages de cailloux vous serez ravis !... En revanche, pour ce qui est de la seule plage de sable, l'Arenal, sachez que c'est la partie la plus moche de Javéa ! ...bondée de monde, sale, ça sent la frite .... Bref, très décevant...Nous avons testés d'autres plages plus loin (20/30km) pour trouver du sable et un peu de "sauvage"... Faire autant de km depuis Sitges et Castelldefels pour ça !..... Heureusement que notre location était très confortable, avec un environnement très agréable, nos petits étaient dans la piscine du soir au matin... Nous y retournerions volontiers si cette location se trouvait..... ailleurs !
