The apartment is on the first floor (with lift) of the prestigious Altamar complex, very close to the sea and just a short walk to the lovely white sandy beach 'The Arenal'. The complex has its own private pools and garden and this apartment has secure underground parking and a gymnasium facility. The large lounge has patio doors leading to a terrace with table and chairs. Cable TV is installed, ample fans and central heating (for winter stays). The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and a large 'fridge. The bathroom has bath plus shower, bidet etc. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and drawers are plentiful.

Javea is an historic, maritime town situated at the foot of the impressive Montgo (2470 feet). Festivals are held here throughout the year with parades, public dancing, bulls, bonfires and fireworks. The 'Three Kings' is on 6/7th January when Caspar, Melchior & Balthazer arrive by boat and parade through The Port on horseback, their assistants bearing sweets for the children. The largest and most spectacular Moors and Christians Festival is at the end of July. El Arenal is the pretty white sandy beach area with palm trees and numerous cafes and restaurants serving excellent food to suit all tastes, and a long pedestrian area which is safe for children and disabled visitors alike. The sea is very clear here and bathers can enjoy the Mediterranean at its best, in safety. Javea is a place to relax and unwind and to enjoy the sea, sand and sunshine of this area of natural beauty.

    include a £100 Refundable Damage Deposit. This Security Deposit will be refunded by the Owners after inspection by the Agents.
    Special Rates are available for long stays from October - March, e.g. For those buying a property or perhaps just escaping the winter chill. Airport collection and return service can be arranged if required.

Javea is situated at the foot of Mount Montgo and is divided into three areas. The popular 'Arenal' beach area, the Port with its marina, shops, restaurants and bars and the Old Town which is situated back from the sea and should be visited to experience ancient Spain with its Tapas bars, 15th century church etc. Visitors are given a warm welcome by the local Spanish population who hold many Fiestas during the year with wonderful costumes, floats and fireworks. A bustling market is held each Thursday and a local bus runs between the three areas of Javea. Its fun to 'go local'.

BENIDORM has many attractions for that fun day out - 'Aqualandia' a swimming park, 'Terra Mittica' a large theme park boasting many large rides, a huge market and of course Benidorm Palace which has hosted shows by The Stones, Elton John, The Corrs and McCartney to name a few. Tables can be booked in advance for top entertainment. Benidorm is less than an hours drive south of Javea. GUADALEST, MORAIRA and CALPE are all worth visiting whilst Denia is great for shopping and the port at DENIA offers daily trips to the Baleric Islands.

Golf: Javea has its own Club de Golf with 9 holes or La Sella with 18 holes. There is also the famous Seve Ballesteros Club at Oliva Nova with 18 holes.
