A new apartment well furnished to a high standard, ideal for holidays and winter rental, close to the sandy Arenal Beach, Restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious and is located on the top floor of a small building (only 3 floors high) with lift and views over the swimming pool and toward the hillsides. Spacious lounge decorated with a Spanish theme with black three and two piece sofas, glass dining table and doors to the terrace for al fresco eating and relaxing. The main bedroom has doors to the terrace and has an en suite bathroom, two further bedrooms sharing a shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted with Halogen hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher and a separate utility area with washing machine. The Apartment has underground car parking with lift to your floor. Every effort has been made to provide you with everything you will need for a special holiday.
