The sought after San Esteban complex has been a firm favourite with discerning holidaymakers since 1990. lt is situated within easy reach of the Port and Arenal beaches, supermarkets and bars and is just a 2 minute walk from the sea and the local beach bars. This lovely 1st floor south facing apartment has wonderful views over the picturesque gardens and large communal swimming pool - the perfect setting for a romantic or family holiday. Dine al-fresco on the terrace- the nearby supermarket has excellent quality fresh produce. Comprises entrance hall, fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms both with twin beds, full bathroom, large lounge/diner and south facing balcony. Marble floors, ceiling fans in lounge/diner and bedrooms. TV and DVD in lounge/diner. TV has cable package including UK television stations, Sky Sports and various other channels. Very light and airy. Whilst the apartment is designated non smoking, smoking is permitted on the balcony. An iron and ironing board are provided.

The apartment is situated in the complex of San Esteban in Avenida de Augusta, Javea. The complex is a 2 minute walk from the local Mercadona supermarket, a 2 minute walk from the pebbly beach, a 10 minute walk from the Port of Javea, a 15 minute walk from the sandy Arenal beach and a 15 minute walk from the Old Town of Javea. San Esteban comprises 44 apartments which share the lovely communal gardens and communal swimming pool. Javea itself is divided into three main areas, the Old Town of Javea which has its historic centre dating back to the time of the Moors, the Port of Javea which is a working fishing port and the Arenal beach area with it's lovely sandy beach and international bars and restaurants. To the north of Javea is the Montgo mountain, much of which is Natural Park, and which acts as a protection against any adverse weather in the winter. To the East is the Mediterranean with views on a clear day to Ibiza. Javea is a lovely place for a holiday.

The city of Valencia with it's major team, Valencia CF is just over an hour and a quarter away. Valencia, who finished 3rd in 'La Liga' in 2006 behind Barcelona and Real Madrid were champions in 2002 and 2004. A supporters club, based in Denia, regularly runs transport to their home matches at the Mestalla and we are usually able to secure tickets and transport to the games if given sufficient advance notice,

Golf Information:

The apartment is situated within a 5 minute drive of Javea Golf Club and a 10 minute drive of La Sella Golf. Javea is used extensively by golfers on holiday as it is also within an easy drive of Oliva Nova golf, San Jaime golf (Moraira) and Don Cayo in Benidorm. Golfers wishing to play should ensure that they have their handicap certificates with them.
