Our ground floor apartment is in the style of a traditional Spanish townhouse, is on a small private estate of traffic-free, narrow cobbled streets and set in large private, mature gardens with lawns and 12m swimming pool. In a very quiet position only 100m from the beach its just a 250m stroll to the Port area with it’s bustling cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. It has a large patio, beamed ceilings, oak strip floors and the bathroom has been tiled in beautiful mosaics. it has been fitted with an architect designed aluminium kitchen with beautiful solid oak worktops,brand new appliances and drinking water from the tap. Leather sofas and dining chairs with oak furniture complete the designer interior. Perfect for a family, the apartment has one double room (with emperor size bed) and one bedroom with twin beds. Our apartment is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need to make the perfect holiday plus location, location, location.

  • Long term rates of 100 pounds per week apply for lets of 3 months or more. Water, electricity, gas and community charge are extra.

Notes: Our apartment has just been completely refurbished and refurnished including solid teak furniture, leather suite and dining chairs. Javea consists of three main parts: The Old Town with narrow cobbled streets, picturesque buildings and a colourful market every Thursday morning; the Port area has a traditional fishing fleet and the Arenal area has sandy beaches, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and shops. The World Health Organisation found Javea to be climatically and environmentally one of the healthiest places on earth. Beaches are Blue Flag standard and are monitored by the Red Cross beach patrol. Javea is not a “package” destination, but a select resort, which has been developed with great style and sensitivity. King Juan Carlos is reputed to have said to Prince Charles, “You can keep Gibraltar, just give us Javea back”.
