Javea: The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent 'Blue Flag' Beaches. Javea itself covers three main areas. The Arenal offers beautiful Sandy Beaches, a promenade of Shops, Bars and Restaurants facing the Sea, there is a small fair for children in the Summer Months with rides, trampolining and go-karts. The Port is a traditional Fishing Port with a large Marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit Promenade of Restaurants and Bars and clean pebbled Beaches. The Historic Town has white house fronts and cobbled streets, it is a typical Spanish Town, relatively unspoilt with a quiet relaxing ambiance, 'Tapas' Bars and a Weekly Market. The spectacular fiestas in Javea begin in June and continue throughout the Summer Months.

Excellent location with well equipped and clean apartment. Superb facilities within Nou Fontana - loved the pool.
Yes needed better and more up to date local information and an extra set of keys but dont be put off by this.
Ideal for couple with two young children or one teenager. No need for a car as Arenal within easy wlaking distance as well as Port and Old Town - well a little bit of a walk!

Having spent a week in February we were highly delighted with the whole Nou Fontana complex and all its amenities.The apartment was modern & well equiped with a fresh newl ook about it and had a large sunny terrace facing the lovely clean pool. The gardens looked well maintained. Great location -didn't need the car as everything was in walking distance including the arenal beach, bars, restaurants etc. Highly recomended and we'll be booking it again.

Original advert stated that the Complex had underground parking.
This we found upon arrival was not the case for this apartment.

Could have been cleaner, especially the lounge sofas.
Fridge was poor for cooling.

Total lack of info for local area.

Maintenance needed.

The general facilities of the Complex are very good.

An improvement in the apartment would have made the stay more acceptable.
