This apartment has 2 balconies. The one from the lounge dining room overlooks the sea which is about 80 yards away. The balcony from the master bedroom has view to both the sea, and inland to the hills and mountains of the region. In addition, the apartment has 2 further bedrooms, a twin and a single, together with a shower room and a separate kitchen with its own small balcony. The apartment is fully equipped apart from the supply of beach towels. High chairs and cots can be supplied at 10 euros per week each.

The apartment is 80 metres from the sea with a rocky shoreline, and 800 metres from the main sandy beach at The Arenal. The Arenal has a multitude of shops, cafes and restaurants to suit all pockets and tastes, together with a supermarket, chemist and banks. Javea is in 3 parts, the Arenal, the Port and the Old Town or Pueblo. Both the Port and the Old Town are about 1 mile distance from the Arenal and both are worth a visit. Javea lies at the foot of Mount Montgo (Elephant Mountain) which is a National Park.
