Javea holiday apartment

My friend and I took the apartment for ten days and it was a home from home, clean , tidy, the clutter is now gone. local facilitys are excelent. I went for the scuba diving and snorkling, which both are well supported nearby as is places to wander round, I am looking forward to a return trip as soon as possable!

I have been renting apartments in Javea for the past few years as my parents live in the area. I like to get an apartment in Javea town itself as they live about 2-3 miles from the Arenal.

This apartment is about a 10 minute (max) walk from Arenal Beach and is on the Right side of Javea coastline ie the complete opposite end to the Port which will take you about 40 minutes to walk to.

It is a very quiet area and as the photo indicates there is an unsploit view of the sea when you sit out on the lounge balcony.

The apartment itself is a very good size as it is an older build and therefore not so compact as new ones tend to be.

After the initial shock about the amount of 'stuff' eg orniments, plastic flowers, dolls, hats, pictures etc etc that were in every spare inch of space I actually found the apartment very well laid out and enjoyed my time there very much.

I actually had to move apartments after 2 weeks as this one was book for the 3rd week of my stay. My 2nd apartment was brand spanking new at the opposite end of Javea and at nearly twice the price had everything in it. HOWEVER, if I were to book these apartments again I would definitely go back to the first apartment. It was 3 times the size and had much more character.

It really is a shame about all the clutter they need to have a good sort out and a trip to the charity shop. This would then be a fantastic apartment for it's price.
