A luxury ground floor apartment in Javea Port, 5 mins walk from the beach. Now with UKTV. This modern ground floor apartment has air conditioning and under floor heating in all rooms. The accommodation comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4-6 people), 2 bathrooms, patio area, own private garden with access to communal pool/jacuzzi. There are ample parking spaces outside the apartment. This is a small complex of only 26 apartments.

Javea has 4 main areas; the Old Town, the Port & the Arenal. The Old Town represents traditional Spain. It has white feature buildings & lots of characteristics. There are regular street markets where you can purchase authentic Spanish souvenirs, stock up on fruit and vegetables, purchase clothing and other items. The Old Town is approx. 5 mins by foot. The Port area remains fully working & provides fresh fish to the local restaurants. The Port has a pebble beach & is within a 5 min walk where there are facilities for all kind of water sports. There are plenty of tapas bars & restaurants to suit everyone’s tastes. The Arenal has a beautiful golden sandy beach which holds the blue flag for cleanliness. It is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars & clubs, & offers a variety of food, drink & entertainment for all ages. The Arenal is approx. 30 min walk or 5 min car journey from the apartment. There is a road train to take you from the Port to the Arenal at regular daily intervals.

The Costa Blanca area.: Javea is located in the Costa Blanca and occupies a privileged stretch of coastline. The local climate is rated by the World Health Organisation as one of best in the world. Upon arrival you will notice Javea is dominated by the large Montgo mountain which resembles a sleeping elephant. The surrounding valleys are covered with olive, orange, lemon and almond trees and vine yards, providing local inexpensive wines. Javea still retains its roots as a fishing village, it is a trade that is still prevalent here. There are no high rise hotels and package tours are not welcomed. If you would like to venture out of Javea there are plenty of places to visit in and around the Costa Blanca. There is a theme park called Terra Mitica near Benidorm that's great for children, the beach at Oliva is beautiful, Valencia and Alicante are bustling cities, or if you would prefer the peace and tranquillity of the countryside there are some fantastic family run restaurants throughout the Jalon Valley.

Within a 100m there is a cafe and a mini supermarket where you can buy essentials.

We have stayed in this apartment a few times it is our favourite place in Javea. Central to restaurants shops and the rocky beach sandy beach a bit of a stroll or even a bus ride. The apartment is very comfortable home from home . pefect for summer or Winter holiday. Myself and family all had a wonderful time. Would recommend for any age group.

We have used this apartment several times, and is always clean and well equipted. I would recommend this one as it is in a nice location and benefits from being near port, old town and near the arenal and not far from nice places to visit
