This fully modernised apartment has 2 bedrooms & another bed in fully glazed balcony. It is for those who will enjoy exploring a beautiful part of Spain.It has a modern well equipped kitchen, DVD & Video player & CD. Not on a development but in a perfect position directly opposite an undeveloped rocky part of the shore. Only 10min walk to the sandy-beached, bustling Arenal; 15mins to the old port, with pebbly beach, old fashioned streets, fishing port, shops and restaurants. You can bird watch on the Pego marshes, along the local river bed, or on the Montgo Nature reserve, or a 1/2 hr drive takes you to some stunning scenery & gentle or challenging walks. Locally CapsAntonio & Prim or Montgo itself provide superb walks, views & nature. Wild flowers and orchids abound in the Spring/ summer. Walk-books, maps & guides are in the flat, and you can hire bikes locally. Cheap local car- hire or Airport transfers can be arranged. Friendly local agent for meet & greet and assistance.

With a front line patio giving stunning views of the whole bay, this block is in a fantastic position close to the arenal beach and a walk from the marina & old fishing port. From the port you can take the coastal boat north to Denia & its castle or south to Calpe with its stunning rock which the brave hearted can climb. The arenal is full of life and colour in the summer evenings with vibrant bars & restaurants, all on a long safe promenade lined with palm trees. It's also a superb safe sandy beach for swimming with a spectacular backdrop of the mountain of Mongo rearing up behind the town. A short drive - 30 mins- takes you up into the mountain ranges beyond the coastal plateau & the Jalon valley. Visit the bodegas, castles( for example Guadalest) or walk among spectacular scenery full of amazing wildlife. Closer to home there are many local walks incuding the foothills & even to the top of Mongo.The old town, 1/2 a mile inland is full of atmosphere with a Thurs market & a musem.
