This spacious self contained first floor apartment, recently renovated to a high specification, is located in a private villa on the foothills of the Montgo mountain, with stunning views. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, a large living room with seating and dining for 6, double sofa bed & satellite TV, roomy double bedroom with a modern ensuite shower room and a further large bedroom with twin beds and ensuite shower room. Their are private stairs down to the pool, terraces and barbecue area and further stairs up to a private roof top patio with panoramic views across the valley below. The accommodation would suit both couples or families (a new travel cot is available). Maps of the local area and its many activities, events and festivities are provided by the owners.

The apartment is in an exclusive residential area, 10 minutes from the town of Javea, giving seclusion but easy access to all local amenities. Javea is beautiful town located midway between Alicante and Valencia and the 3 areas of the town are the Arenal and it’s Blue Flag sandy beach with a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants, the working fishing port has a large marina, clean pebble beaches and an array of restaurants and bars and the Old Town, a typical Spanish town with a relaxing ambiance, along with its markets and regular fiestas. Nearby is Denia with its shopping and holiday facilities and daily ferries to the Balearic Islands, the Jalon valley vineyards & traditional towns of Benissa, Teulada and Gata. Benidorm & its theme parks, Mundomar, Aqualandia & Terra Mitica are less than 1 hours drive away. Javea has a 9 hole golf course & the apartment is 3km from Denia’s La Sella 18 hole course. Javea offers everything for a perfect holiday & not a high rise hotel in sight!

Notes to the rental rates

Rental charges provide for all cleaning prior to arrival and it is expected that guests leave the property as they would wish to find it. Your reservation will be confirmed when 25% of the total rental has been received and the balance, together with a refundable deposit of £50 / €70, must be received 8 weeks prior to your stay. Your deposit will be refunded after final inspection on departure. The apartment will be ready for your stay from 12noon, with departure by 10am on your final morning. Minimum stay is 5 nights. Long term lets are welcome - details on request. The property is best enjoyed with the use of a car and details of how to find us will be provided on confirmation of your booking, although car hire can be arranged by ourselves with a reputable local company and airport collection can be arranged (85 euros each way, inclusive of petrol and tolls). Bookings can be made by phone or e mail.

NOTE: This is a first floor apartment with access by stairs and the villa's hillside location means the pool and terraces are on several levels so it is not suitable for the less mobile.
