The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants and bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets and are a mere 5 minute walk from the apartment. The pebbly beach with traditional beach bars is less than a 3 minute stroll. The Arenal and old town of Javea are also within walking distance or less than 5 minutes by car. We are within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars. We are within easy drive to Denia, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley, Guadalest and Ibiza is only a ferry trip away.

Notes to the rental rates

  • A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 200 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. A Travel Cot can be hired for 10 pounds per week and a high chair for 5 pounds per week. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for 40.00 pounds per change, advance notice will be required. Linen and towels are provided for inside the apartment and beach towels are also provided for your comfort.

There is a lovely private terrace with direct access to the communal areas with large swimming pool and splash pool for children set in established exotic gardens. According to the World Health Organisation the climate in Javea is the best in Spain basking in an average of 325 sunny days per year. General

The Town of Javea has a reputation for being a wonderful family holiday town. It affords a quaint fishing port, with beaches, promenades, restaurants and historical town full of Spanish culture, with a myriad of tiny streets, shops, restaurants, bars and markets. This part of coastal Spain has not been over developed. There is no high-rise building and the countryside has an abundance of orange and lemon groves. The beaches are blue flag and local leisure facilities include tennis and golf clubs, water sports and horse riding. In particular, Javea Golf Club is two minutes, La Sella Golf 15 minutes, Moraira Golf, 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes away. There are weekly markets in all the villages and towns every day offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, array of olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery etc. Don't forget to barter, it is expected!
