On the beautiful La Isla complex this modern furnished apartment has its balcony looking directly out onto a large pool and manicured gardens. The very large double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has twin beds and another full bathroom. The clean, bright kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freeze, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The living/dining room has cable TV with all the sports channels, video and DVD player. There is also a CD/radio player. The balcony which leads from the living room has outside dining table and chairs. Heating for winter lets. Linens and bath towels provided. The apartment is on the first floor with a lift. Covered parking.

The apartment is ideally situated for walking to the Arenal sandy beach, restaurants, bars and shops. On the beach are children's play structures, volleyball nets, and umbrellas and sunloungers to rent. Set back from the beach is a kiddie fair with trampolines and go-karts. Wind-surfing, jet-skiing and water-skiing are available. As well as the main Arenal sandy beach there are several pretty coves 15 minutes drive away for snorkelling. 30 minutes drive away is the new Terra Mitica theme park, Mundor dolphin world, Aqualandia water tubes, and Vergel safari park. Javea itself offers the Arenal beach area(where the apartment is situated),Javea old town with its narrow streets, and the fishing port. Car hire can be arranged. Alicante airport-1 hour Valencia airport-1 hour Murcia airport-2 hours

Payment Details: 25% deposit required to reserve property, plus a £100 refundable damage deposit. Balance due 45 days before arrival date.

Property location good, quiet area at back of resort and about 10minutes walk to the beach (not 3 as stated). Pool is large and in very well maintained gardens and whilst great for swimming can be boring for older children as no ball games/music/food/floats allowed in the gardens or pool area. Lifeguard on duty to enforce the rules!
Apartment was spacious and very well equipped, nice touch with welcome food/wine, but had to clean some of the utensils first. Arrangements for getting the key were easy and directions to the apartment were good. Shaded parking for hired car available.
Plenty of choice for restaurants in the area and tourist info is only a few minutes walk.
We enjoyed our stay.
Owner's Response: Apartment is situated no more than 5 mins from Arenal beach depending on the route taken. Apartment is cleaned professionally before each arrival. Many thanks to reviewer.
