This luxury apartment complex is situated 300 metres from the sandy beach of Javea. Just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars, night life, great water sports, fishing, small day boat or jet ski hire and much more. The apartment is on the ground floor with a large covered terrace, a small and very pretty private garden, large community pool, jacuzzi, gym, squash court, beautiful sub-tropical community gardens. 40 minutes by car to Benidorm's Terra Mitica theme park, safari park and water fun park. Numerous golf courses nearby, nearest is 10 minutes by car. Beautiful local scenery, very green and lush, lots of pretty villages to visit with many coves and beaches. Something for everyone! One hour's drive from Alicante or Valencia airports, with some great flight and car hire deals. IMPORTANT: We also have a 2 bedroom apartment available at a lower price. Javea is a beautiful coastal town situated in south east Spain, mid-way between Alicante and Valencia airports (approximately one hour by car). A beautiful scenic area, very lush and green with lots of sun. Javea has beaches, coves, a fishing port and marina, plus the 'old town' with it´s narrow streets and whitewashed houses. Many restaurants, bars, shops and a sandy beach within a 3 minute walk of the apartment. Javea has something for everyone.

Marina de la Fontana has been created to enjoy the wonderful climate of the Costa Blanca. There is a tennis court, 2 squash courts, large childrens pool, gym and jucuzzi, all to enhance your holiday. If you enjoy water sports then this apartment is situated perfectly for you. Close to the canal, a berth within metres to the apartment to enjoy fishing, snorkelling or water skiing.

Superb Complex: Finally it is here, after 6 years of work, design and obtaining mooring licences from the Valencian Government, we have at last received the keys to our unique apartment. The luxury pool areas, gardens, gym, squash courts and on site restaurant will be the beginning of a new lifestyle for hundreds of residents and people on holiday alike, to enjoy and savour this magical part of the Costa Blanca.

The complex is well maintained and the swimming pool area is excellant, although quite busy at times you did not hear very much noise.
Javea is a well appointed place, with plenty to do and see, the Arenal has some good bars and restaurants to cater for everyone including children.
If you have a car there are some lovely villages close to Javea, I would recommend guadalest and Moraira.

Lovely apartment, well equipped, very close to everything, Good complex, secure and safe for children. Just a few minutes walk to long sandy beach, shops and restaurants, the night market is worth a visit. Very relaxed atmosphere. The rental process is very easy, would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone.

I would highly recommend a stay at this apartment in Javea Arenal. The apartment is excellent with everything you could need. The position is also great being on the ground floor with views of the pool. Javea itself is a lovely place with plenty to offer.

This complex is ideal for the whole family, large pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and squash courts. Only 4 minutes walk to the sandy beach too! Criag Killian, Brighton.

We found the apartment very pleasant and more spacious than expected. The situation was quiet, the pool was lovely and the air con. was very necessary in the hot weather! The restaurant on the complex was very good too. All in all an ideal situation.
Thank you for making the rental process so easy, we will recommend the apartments to anyone.
