This luxury 4 bed 2 bath penthouse duplex is situated in the exclusive secure complex of ‘Arenal Park' close to the Marina with only a 3 minute stroll to the Arenal Beach and all amenities. This luxury penthouse comprises on the main floor - lounge/dining room, kitchen, large south facing balcony overlooking the pool, master bedroom en-suite, twin bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and guest bathroom. Large wall mounted plasma tv with dvd library. Upstairs there is a spacious room leading to the private solarium, with 2 twin beds, a double bed,and a double sofa bed. Javea is the perfect holiday destination and is located on the Costa Blanca, which is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. There are hundreds of lovely coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is ideal for the family with her famous Arenal sandy beach which is only a 3 minute walk from the Penthouse. It offers play areas for children, showers and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous restaurants and bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets. The pebbly beach with traditional beach bars is less than a 3 minute stroll. The Old town of Javea is less than 5 minutes by car. We are within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars. We are within easy drive to Denia, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley, Guadalest and Ibiza is only a ferry trip away. Alicante & Valencia airports are only an hours drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 200 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels to be provided by yourselves. .
  • LONG TERM AUTUMN & WINTER LETS ARE AVAILABLE AT DISCOUNTED RATES.
  • The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place. I recommend Sunday to Sunday weeks as the flights are normally cheaper on Sundays than Saturdays.

Transport: I have friends in Javea who will pick up and drop off at either alicante or valencia airport at very competitive rates. I can arrange this for you if it helps.

Javea & General Area: The Town of Javea has a reputation for being a wonderful, relaxing family holiday resort. It offers 3 unique areas - the Arenal sandy beach, bustling fishing port and historical town full of Spanish culture. All 3 areas offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. This part of coastal Spain has not been over developed and you will find no unsightly high-rise buildings. The countryside is surrounded by an abundance of orange and lemon groves, mountains and valleys. Many of the beaches and coves have blue flag status. Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is five minutes, La Sella Golf 15 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the villages and towns offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery etc. Skillful bartering recommended!

Stayed here in May, the accomodation was fantastic,a really spacious penthouse, the kids loved the bedroom up the spiral staircase,the others were ample size.
The kitchen was like home from home (even an iron and ironing board).The main living area leads on to a huge balcony that overlooks the pool so we could keep an eye on the kids when they were swimming as well.(the whole complex is gated and secure ,including tennis courts).
There is a great sun trap on the roof terrace for all you sun worshippers as well a bags of room by the pool.
The location was great , about ten minute walk to the beach/bars/restaurants etc, there is also rock pools, which my 11 year old daughter spent her time in ,along with horse riding at "La Hipica" at the base of the mountains, a 20min drive away.
The port and town centre is about 1/2 walk away so all in all a fantastic , convenient place to stay in Javea!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is fabulous and the location is suberb!
Kate (the agent there) was very helpful and friendlly.
Stuart (the owner) is very king and patient... he always answered all my questions.
We were 9 persons on the house plus one baby, and there was plenty room for all of us.
We strongly recommend it and if we ever go back to Javea, we will for sure book this house again!
