This luxury 4 bed 2 bath penthouse duplex is situated in the exclusive secure complex of ‘Arenal Park' close to the Marina with only a 3 minute stroll to the Arenal Beach and many amenities. This superior penthouse comprises on the main floor - lounge/dining room, kitchen, large south facing balcony overlooking the pool, master bedroom en-suite, twin bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and guest bathroom. Upstairs there is a spacious attic room where there are a further two twin beds and a sofa bed with private solarium. Hot and cold air conditioning is fitted throughout the accommodation and there is underground parking. The complex has a large swimming pool and two tennis courts. Beach chairs and tennis rackets are provided. This penthouse is excellently located, exquisitely furnished and suitable for the infirm. Javea is the perfect holiday destination and is located on the Costa Blanca, which is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. There are hundreds of lovely coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is ideal for the family with her famous Arenal sandy beach which is only a 3 minute walk from the Penthouse. It offers play areas for children, showers and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous restaurants and bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets. The pebbly beach with traditional beach bars is less than a 3 minute stroll. The Old town of Javea is less than 5 minutes by car. We are within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars. We are within easy drive to Denia, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley, Guadalest and Ibiza is only a ferry trip away. Alicante & Valencia airports are only an hours drive.

  • A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 200 pounds (up to 8 people) and 400 pounds (8 to 12 people) will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. A Travel Cot can be hired for 10 pounds per week and a high chair for 5 pounds per week. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves. Linen and towels provided. Beach towels to be provided by yourselves. The above rates are based on 8 people sharing. *For bookings of more than 8 people there is an additional charge of 50 pounds per person per week - up to a maximum of 12*.
  • LONG TERM AUTUMN & WINTER LETS ONLY £250 PER WEEK - LESS THAN £36 PER DAY!. Are you wanting to escape the winter blues? Having a property built? Wanting to buy a property at your leisure? Long winter lets from October to Mar are available at special reduced rates of £250 per week plus utilities, minimum stay 6 weeks. Bookings are now being taken for Autumn & Winter 2006/07. Book early to avoid disappointment.
  • The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place.

Javea & General Area: The Town of Javea has a reputation for being a wonderful, relaxing family holiday resort. It offers 3 unique areas - the Arenal sandy beach, bustling fishing port and historical town full of Spanish culture. All 3 areas offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. This part of coastal Spain has not been over developed and you will find no unsightly high-rise buildings. The countryside is surrounded by an abundance of orange and lemon groves, mountains and valleys. Many of the beaches and coves have blue flag status. Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is five minutes, La Sella Golf 15 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the villages and towns offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery etc. Skillful bartering recommended!
