This bright & modern apartment is situated in the Arenal area of Javea at the golden beach ii complex within easy access to the Communal Pool & Gardens in Block 1. It is ideally situated close to Arenal beach & all amenities. Iit has been furnished to a very high standard by the Owners and has air conditioning installed throughout. The accommodation situated on the first floor comprises of entrance hallway leading to a bright & airy lounge dining room. Patio doors lead to a private terrace with table & chairs for ál fresco’ dining & open views of the area. The large master bedroom is spacious with built in wardrobes & a full en-suite bathroom. The twin bedroom also has built in wardrobes & there is a further shower room and utility area. Full air conditioning is installed in each room and Satellite TV is available offering 24 English Channels. Private underground parking is available. The golden beach ii complex has a large communal pool &landscaped gardens.

Javea: The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent Blue Flag Beaches. Javea itself has three main areas. The Árenal´closeby offers beautiful white sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for the children in the summer months with rides, trampolining and go-karts. The ´Port´is a traditional fishing port with a large Marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of restaurants and bars and clean pebbled beaches. The Historic Town has white house fronts and cobbled streets. It is a typical Spanish Town, relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambiance and offers an array of shops and traditional ´Tapas Bars´ and a weekly Market. The spectacular Fiestas begin in June and continue throughout the Summer Months.

We have been staying at Golden Beach for quite a few years now and it really has become our favourite Spanish destination.
For us the really fantastic thing is the apartment is only a 5 min. walk from Javea's amazing beach and all the really good restaurants and night life on the promenade.
It's great to be able to go out in the evening enjoy a bottle of wine over dinner without being concerned about having to drive home.
The apartment itself is clean, bright, modern and well equiped but it is the small touches and attention to detail that make it work for us.
We have always booked our holiday's in Javea through Sandra, she's a great girl, well organised and totally reliable.
To sum it up great apartment, great location,great beach and great food what more could you ask for!

i really enjoyed our holiday this year at golgen beech 2
the appartment and pool was just perfect for us and our children. we couldnt have picked a nicer place. we all loved javia the beech is just minuets away from the appartment and the sea is very safe for the children as they could walk out for ages before it became too deep for them. i would like to go back again very soon.

Just to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Our children loved Javea and the pool. Very impresed with the apartment and the gardens. Would love to go back again.

Exellent,spacious fully equippped apartment, well located for the Arenal Beach and restaurants about 500 yards walkaway. Welcome pack for late arrival a nice touch. Apartment was accurately described in the advertisement

About 200 yards from a small funfair with trampolines, dodgems, and a merry-go-round.

The Arenal Beach is sandy, horseshoe shaped, and safe for swimming with the occasional day of big waves.

Restaurants are family oriented and range from cheap and cheerful to quite expensive with a good mix of foood.

Only problem was the commercial building being constructed immediately next door to the complex was a bit of an eyesore and a little noisy but something the owner can do nothing about.
