A bright spacious well appointed 3 bedroom apartment in a superb location in Javea. A 2 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach Ideal for young and old alike. The apartment has a large lounge with dining area is light, airy & equipped with air conditioning [Hot & Cold] dining table set for 6 people. Lounge area with TV/ DVD/ Satellite/ Hi-Fi, even a Play Station for the Kids! From the living area there is a sun terrace with patio table & chairs. Mosquito nets on all windows. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a Washing Machine, fridge/freezer, Gas oven & hob together with a microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates, glasses etc. The Master Bedroom has built in storage & also includes a small safe for storing valuables. Walking distance to lively bars, restaurants, shops & supermarkets with tennis courts & use of a swimming pool opposite, large TV, pool table etc (minimum 1 drink purchase) - Ideal for all the family. Apartment is on the 3rd floor with very manageable stairs.

Javea has it all: sandy beaches, great restaurants and bars, authentic Spanish culture, a lovely old town, a bustling port -altogether a place you will want to return to year after year. Bathed by the Mediterranean sea & sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity. Although Javea is cosmopolitan it is still Spanish without a high-rise package tour hotel in sight. From the apartment on the Arenal there is easy access to the port & the old town which are a few minutes by car & for those without transport a regular bus service runs between them. The rest of the Costa Blanca attractions including a safari park, a theme swimming park & 'Terra Mitica' a large fun park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe are less than 30 minutes away.

A car is not essential due to the apartment’s superb location - we can arrange transfers to and from local airports Alicante or Valencia, (please contact us for up to the minute quotes). A £100 deposit [Non Refundable]will be required at time of booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental period along with a £100 refundable security deposit. For peace of mind there is a Carbon monoxide (co) poisonous gas alarm fitted in the apartment, Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Flexible changeover day. Arrival is normally after 3.00pm and departure is by 10.00am but we will endeavour to be flexible about this. We can accept payment by Cheque or all major Credit / Debit cards

| Notes: | This well appointed holiday apartment has air conditioning, a spacious lounge which is light and airy with a dining area with seating for 6. A new and well - equipped kitchen with a Carbon monoxide (co) poisonous gas alarm complete with all modern appliances provided for your convenience. The 3 bedrooms all have storage facilities, free standing fans and a safe for your valuables in the Master bedroom. Location
The Arenal has a beautiful sandy half-moon bay with a gentle slope to the sea and accredited by the World Health Organization with a blue flag standard. Monitored by the Red Cross Beach Patrol the beach is ideal for young & old alike. Behind the beach is a promenade lined with bars and restaurants offering everything from live bands to traditional restaurants. There is a small fair for the children in the summer months with rides, trampoline & go-karts. The prom is a great place for a stroll in the evening. Nearby the fishing port has a large marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of restaurants & bars, & clean pebbled beaches. Also nearby the traditional historic town with white house fronts & cobbled streets is a typically unspoilt Spanish town with a quiet and relaxing ambience & has many traditional 'tapas bars' & a weekly market on Thursdays.
Things to do
Javea has a choice of beaches for those seeking water sports such as wind surfing, jet biking or sailing. The warm seas are perfect for diving, snorkeling and water skiing. Go-karting and quad- biking are also available close by. Football fans can be in Valencia in just over an hour and with golf, tennis, bowls etc- you name it and it's never too far away. Apart from the sporting activities there is plenty for the kids to do should they get bored with the beaches. Less than 30 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including a Safari Park, 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a theme Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.
Golf
Golf Information The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than an hours drive. Javea itself has 2 – the internationally renowned 18-hole course La Sella which is less than 20 minutes away and a 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the 'landmark' Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and a new 18-hole Seve Balesteros designed course at Oliva around 30 minutes away. There are also very good courses at Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind a drive before a round.

This property is at the heart of everything, great accommodation a few minutes from the beach which is child friendly and restaurants for all tastes.Supermarkets beside appartment so you have everything at hand.Even has Sat/tv so you dont have to miss your daily fix,and games for the children which was great boon for us.
Will be back again as the children love it.
