Luxury 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with residents pool and garden. The accommodation comprises of a lounge-diner with a TV and DVD Player, Kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom or twin, shower room and a covered terrace with table and chairs. The ground floor apartments have a small BBQ and a few sun loungers. There is also hot and cold air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms (except for one bedroom). The apartments have their own underground parking space with lift access to the apartment.

  • If you are travelling with children we can help you with some extras to make your stay more comfortable. We will collect from the hire shop free of charge and arrange for the following equipment to be at the villa. Please be sure to book well in advance especially in mid, high and peak seasons as items are limited so you may find the equipment is not available. Price per item per week:

    Cot hire: 35 Euros for the 1st week and 15 Euros for subsequent weeks.
    High chair hire: 20 Euros
    Buggy/Pram Hire: 28.50 Euros
    Car seats (0-4 years): 25 Euros
    Booster seats: 10 Euros
    Avent steriliser: 20 Euros

    Other extras:

    Mid stay linen change: 15 Euros (per person per change)
    Beach towel: 10 Euros (per towel per booking)
  • NO SECURITY DEPOSIT! By booking online with credit/debit card, avoid paying a large security deposit. 30€ damage waiver insurance + small booking fee.
  • Check-in after 3pm, check-out at 10am. Earlier check-in or late check-out subject to availability.

    In August bookings are in 2 week blocks from 1-15th August and 15th - 29th Aug

    Keys are left in a secure key box and instructions and directions are given. There will be an extra charge of 30 Euros if you wish a key holder to accompany you to your accommodation.

Great Place to Stay in Javea

Excellent new complex near to all bars and restaurants - but not too close to be affected by any noise- did not stay in these actual apartments but in one on the 2nd floor - but they all seem to be a very high standard. Would recommend to anyone as long as you are not looking for a lot of facilities at the apartments as there is only the pool - but beach is 10 mins stroll MAX - lovely area, we loved Javea - not too touristy and lovely beach with great selection of restaurants etc.
