Situated just a few metres from the beach in the Arenal beach area of Javea with it's promenade of good restaurants, bars, shops & supermarkets. The large balcony overlooks the landscaped gardens & pool area & has a partial sea view. The grounds are fully fenced & gated. All floors are accessible by lift. The old town & port areas of Javea are both within walking distance & there are 2 golf courses just a short drive away.
