A 3 bed ground floor Duplex with private garden, close to communal pool, walking distance from sea. Ideal summer holiday rental close to all amenities. Excellent location. Property includes sitting dining area which opens onto shaded terrace and wooden deck area for sun bathing with grassed area in front with shower. There is also a hand made siesta bed complete with cushions and drapes for those lazy relaxing moments. Modern decor throughout in a perfect location. Aircon in 2 of 3 bedrooms. Take a walk down to the beach or just relax in the sun by the communal pool in lovely landscaped gardens or go snorkeling or diving in the Cove just 5 min walk from the house.

Easily accessible being an hour from either Alicante or Valencia airports, Javea has a wide range of fine restaurants and trendy bars, many looking directly over sea. Escaping the high rise mentality which has plagued so many Spanish sea side towns and with its beautiful country side and wine region on your door step, it’s easy to see why Javea is one of the most exclusive addresses on the Costa Blanca. Javea is divided into three areas, the Port, the Arenal and the Old Town. The Port is a traditional fishing port with a marina, cobbled streets, an elegant promenade of restaurants and bars and clean pebbled beaches. The Arenal has a beautiful sandy beach, a lively promenade with shops, bars and restaurants and is ideal for children. The Old town is a typical Spanish town with narrow streets, tapas bars and a weekly market.

  • Weekends are available on request - minimum stay two nights and subject to availability. Monthly rentals also available.
    A 25 % non-refundable deposit is required upon all bookings to confirm the reservation. If we are able to rebook the same period we will refund you the deposit. A 230 euro (200 pound) security/damage deposit is required on every reservation - fully refundable (minus any breakages or lost keys). Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to the arrival day.

Garden facilities - dinning table on terrace which can seat 6 to 8 people. Barbecue and wooden deck with two sun loungers and a retractable textile shading canopy. Bespoke wooden siesta bed with drapes, cushions and shading. A Stair Safety Gate is also provided for the safety of babies and toddlers. DVDs and reading material are provided. Linen and towels are provided except beach towels.
