This 3 bed, 2 bath ground floor apartment is air conditioned with full UK satellite TV and is situated in a superbly maintained private gated complex based on a marina with easy access to the wonderful pool and main beach. The complex/grounds are accessed through security gates, the facilities include paddle tennis, squash court, gym, steam room and a quality restaurant. The apartment is of excellent decor throughout and ideal for year round lets with both heating and air conditioning throughout and our English management team is on hand for any eventuality. The apartment is entered through a hall, the comfortable living/dining area is fitted with superior quality furniture and fittings and provides access to a large balcony for al fresco eating overlooking the pool and gardens. The kitchen is bright and extremely well equipped, the main double bedroom has an en-suite bath & overhead shower, there are a further two bedrooms with three single beds and a family bathroom & overhead shower

Javea is situated approximately halfway between Valencia and Alicante on Spain’s ‘White Coast’, better known as the Costa Blanca. Javea is relatively untouched by the mass market and offers an extensive range of activities including tennis, golf, bowls, horse riding and water sports. The apartment is superbly situated only five minutes walk of the main beach at Arenal which boasts ½ mile of golden sand with a fine promenade, offering bars and restaurants to suit every taste and pocket

Décor and furnishings very nice, plenty of space. Easy walk to the beach, excellent for out of season with heating and duvets. Mr & Mrs B, Derby.

Best location.... Just 250m from Arenal.....
Nice and clean, great complex, really nice owners.....
Just one BUT : Not much sun on balcony... Great at high season with shade, not so great off season, if you want sun....
We will come back !!!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Stayed in this apartment in april,with two friends,in early 40s,found the location fab,near bars restaurants ect.very clean ,lovely big swimming pool,great for sunbathing round,very quite.would return.big thankyou
