South Facing Apartment situated in the heart of the popular La Florida development with all amenities (supermarkets cafes restaurants bank shops etc) literally on your door step and a great communal pool to the rear. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has a front terrace (perfect for sitting and watching the world go by) plus garden with additional shaded seating area. The apartment has a living room , kitchen , family bathroom plus two bedrooms (double and twin) and will accommodate up to 5 guests when using sofa bed in lounge. the apartment comes fully furnished & equipped and has TV , DVD player, hi fi system and Air conditioning which keeps the whole apartment cool during summer time. The communal pool is just to the rear of the property. For winter lets the apartment has full central heating.

La Florida is a residential area with it's own supermarket, bars and restaurants shops banks etc. The supermarket has a very good selection of International goods and also has a very good fresh meat counter. The staff are very polite and helpful to non spanish speaking customers, but why not have a go and practice your Spanish!! There are miles of beautiful beaches a few minutes drive away, or if you prefer, about twenty five minutes walk. The beaches are cleaned everyday and the clear blue Med is ideal for paddling, swimming or just playing about in! The town of Torrevieja is 4 kilometres away and boasts a wide range of bars, restaurants and clubs, there are three championship golf courses within 5 minutes drive.
