This well equipped apartment, UK TV and other channels and radio, DVD, video and hot and cold air conditioning in the lounge, overlooks the private pool in the centre of the small complex enabling the supervision of children from the apartment terrace. La Florida is a modern urbanization in Orihuela Costa in the southern outskirts of Torrevieja. This is a perfect base for a relaxing holiday for golfers, couples and families alike. Near to an Irish bar/restaurant with all year round entertainment, bowls greens, children's area, large swimming pool with sun beds. 5 minute walk from La Florida Commercial Centre (supermarket, bars and other restaurants, bank, car hire, hairdressers, etc). 10 minute walk from Via Park 3 commercial centre and 25 minute walk from Via Park 1, Via Park 2 and the Flamenca Beach commercial centres. La Florida is situated 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja, which is 50 kilometres south of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. This area is rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places to live in the world due to its proximity to two huge salt lakes. Torrevieja town is typically Spanish whilst the suburbs and urbanisations are more multi-cultural, mainly from other European countries.

  • Additional 40 euro for a clean at the end of the rental period, irrespective of the number of days/weeks.
    Arrival and departure days are not restricted to weekends.
    Contact us for LATE BOOKING and LONGER STAY DISCOUNTS (up to 8 weeks).
  • Non-refundable booking deposit of 20% to be received within 3 days of making the booking, details provided if proceeding with booking.
    Our Spanish bank details will be provided for European renters paying in Euros.
    Balance of payment of rental period plus cleaning money payable in Euro cash on arrival at property.
    At least one member of the party must be over 21 years of age and their name and address must be provided as the lead member of the booking. We may ask for details of the guests during the enquiry including ages and sex. Passport or identity card verification may be required on arrival at the property before the keys are handed over.
  • We deal only with the person paying for and occupying the apartment as the client, not rental agents acting on behalf of others.
    No animals are allowed under any circumstances and a booking deposit, if applicable, would be non refundable and property keys would not be handled over.

Local Transport: We recommend a car to get the best out of the area but if all you want to do is relax, take in the sun and have meal and a drink in the evening, it is not essential.

Jackie Barber says: 'We have holidayed with Keith and Jan for the last four years and have rebooked for this year. We find the service that Keith and Jan provide excellent. The apartment is lovely inside and out, very clean and the decor is nice. Straight out onto a balcony on ground level where we can see the pool and keep an eye on our three boys. The area is great for any age, for either a quiet holiday lounging round the pool or going further a field to the many things to do locally. They provide a great holiday experience from when you book. Jan and Keith make it a very easy process and a very good holiday, and we have and would certainly recommend them to our friends and family.............THE HARGREAVES CLAN THAT KEEP RETURNING, FROM GUILDFORD!!!
