Entry is via a short flight of steps & into the bright & spacious lounge/dining room with comfortable seating. Leading from the lounge is a private balcony with mosaic table & chairs & overlooks the swimming pool. Air conditioning and a digital satellite TV system including Irish programmes have been installed for your comfort & entertainment. The galley style kitchen is well equipped with all you will need whilst on holiday. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The spacious family bathroom has full bath with over shower. The sun shines all day on the large roof solarium which has chimney barbeque & sun loungers so that you may relax, sunbathe & dine outdoors. The fabulous residents swimming pool is set in grassed gardens & is a great place for meeting others. A safe is installed so that you may lock away any valuables.

The town of Pilar de la Horadada where there are international restaurants, banks, pharmacies, clothes shops etc is a short 5 minute drive away.   • Booking Deposit: To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email. A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 140 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 50 euros to pay on your arrival.
    Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.

Beaches:: The beautiful local beach at Mil Palmeras only 1km from the apartment with great facilities and beach bar. A short drive will bring you into the Orihuela Costa where there are many more beautiful beaches, all having been awarded the blue flag in recognition of cleanliness and safety. The Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 10 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

Airports, transfers, taxi service and car hire: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights is just a 20 minute drive away. Flights : Ryanair/Easyjet Alicante - Direct flights from Dublin and most major UK airports. Murcia - Direct flights from Shannon, Dublin and Cork Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday. Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire.
