Apartment in La Zenia, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain. our Lovely ground floor apartment has total climate control and is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard , ideal for peace and relaxation, but if you require the night life there are bars and restaurants. a golfers paradise, you will have the championship golf of Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campomar on your doorstep . And just 600 metres away the golden sands of the blue flag beach of La zeina. The apartment is ideal for the family holiday.

The apartment is situated in the popular area of La Zenia about 5 kms south of Torrevieja. La Zenia is a lovely area with a stunning walk around the beach from La Zenia to Cabo Roig. La Zenia has several bars including the famous Paddy's Point a very friendly Irish pub. The restaurants include English, Chinese, French, German, Indian and Spanish, with prices to suit all. There are 3 golf courses within one km of this apartment.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 25% non-returnable deposit at time of booking. Also include a cheque for £100 to cover breakages, this will be returned after inspection of apartment. Balance to be paid in euros on arrival + 45 euros cleaning charge + 35 euros a week between June through to September for air conditioning if required. Please note that guests are asked to leave at 10 a.m on the day of departure, however we do try to help if at all possible. We can arrange airport collection/return to apartment.
  • Bathroom towels are provided but please bring your own beach/pool towels. Please note this property has a maximum occupancy as shown on the front page of the advertisement, in the event of this number being exceeded, either a pro rata charge will be made of the extra person (people) may be asked to leave immediately. This will be entirely at the owner's discretion.

Notes: Notes: The property must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure if another booking is due on your departure day, should there not be any new guests arriving you are welcome to stay until you depart for your flight. The apartment is non smoking but you may smoke on the terrace. The Orihuela Coast Hotel Sports Centre which has tennis, swimming, coffee bar and restaurant is free to go in but there is a small fee for the sports facilities, this centre is only a few hundred yards from apartment.

Torrevieja: Torrevieja is a huge town with lots of shops and amenities, superb restaurants, market and even a fun fair! There is a lovely beach front parade to walk along with fish restaurants, and sand artists. This trip can be done on the local bus for under 1 euro each. The bus stop is 2mins from the apartment. There is a water world for the kids and plenty of places for food and drink.

Local Area: Amapolas 1V is a peaceful complex but only 2 mins walk from the apartment is a supermarket with a fantastic supply of anything you need to enjoy your holiday. There are plenty of bars and restaurants all around you including Paddy's Point Irish Bar which is very friendly and has live music every night. a mile away at Villa Martin is a large square with shops and restaurants, we recommend Eduardos and Fairways for cuisine food.

Met at airport by Alan and driven to apartment.We have been holidaying in the area on and off for the past 15 years so we knew what to expect. The apartment was clean and well equiped and suited us well. It is very well located for supermarket (Consum) which is well stocked and provides everything you need, for you wine drinkers bottles range from 99 cents to 15 euros. Easy walk to La zenia beach (15 mins) which is a lovely safe beach for children. Also have use of of communal pool which is great for cooling down after a hard day on the beach, although it can get a little busy at times.Several local places to eat which cater for all tastes. If like us you don't use a hire car a taxi into Torreveija costs around 12 euros each way. It's worth a visit during the evening as there is a street market all along the seafront and plenty of places to eat. also Villa Martin is close by with loads of restaurants/bars, approx 7 euros in a taxi. All in all a great holiday and it was a real downer having to return home! Would definately go back, tomorrow if possible!!

First visit to this area, collected by Alan and taken to door. apartment very well situated in quiet block of apartments close to supermarkets (Lidl/Consum/Mercadona).Few minutes walk to restaurants (Paddy's Point, Gogartys, Alejandro's - german restaurant with fab food - Wok Chinese restaurant etc). A few shops in the area of Paddy's Point - but not a lot of shops available in this area.
within 10 min walk to Cabo Roig and lots of restaurants. Approx 5 mins to beach - and there is a lovely walk from the beach across the cliffs to Cabo Roig - definitely a must at least once a day!!.
Buses to Torevjieja, campamore, Villa Martin all available from central Roundabout.
Prices excellent value for food / gifts, shopping etc.
The apartment itself is very well maintained, lovely sized bedrooms, large lounge and very well stocked kitchen.
Sun all morning on front terrace and in back late afternoon.
Lots of TV Stations and Radio Eireann for the Irish visitors - very good service. Complex well supervised, lovely swimming pool, but visitors also have use of Ouerheila Costa Hotel swimming pool a 5 min walk away.
Lovely area for quiet holiday, too quiet for children I would think. No night noise either in complex or on street.
Really enjoyed the holiday at this apartment and the Flamenco Night by the Pool was terrific.
