This 2 bedroom, first floor apartment is in a quiet residential area in La Zenia, Orihuela Costa, southern suburb of Torrevieja. Fully equipped and new December 2005, it has a south facing balcony overlooking the central communal pool area and is ideal for catching the sun all year round. Rock formation swimming pool with children's and jacuzzi sections. Air conditioning in lounge and main bedroom. UK TV and other channels and radio. Underground parking space. 5 minutes walk or 250 metres to sandy Blue Flag beaches at La Zenia. 200 metres to the Orihuela Costa Resort complex with large pool, sun loungers, tennis courts, gymnasium, pool bar, restaurant. A short walk to the popular Playa Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre, with numerous bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. 5 minutes drive to golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. La Zenia is situated 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja, which is 50 kilometres south of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. It is 6km to Torrevieja town centre, marina, cinema, bowling, etc. This area is rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places to live in the world due to its proximity to two huge salt lakes. Torrevieja town is typically Spanish whilst the suburbs and urbanisation in Orihuela Costa are more multi-cultural, mainly from other European countries.

The property is in a quiet side road with minimal through traffic. Beach towels not included. 4 small white plastic chairs for pool or beach. Unfortunately it is not possible to have a barbeque at the property because of community rules or because it could spoil the appearance of the building from the smoke.

Key Handover: We can direct you to a website page which has links to the popular flight booking companies for UK and Eire residents. We provide a key handover for those using a hire car from the airport. We provide directions from Alicante airport (either via A7 motorway or N332 coast road) and Murcia airport when booking. We provide the SAT-NAV co-ordinates so that youcan get to the property efficiently. We deal only with the end user, not rental agents acting on behalf of others. Front door on first floor level via lift. Entire apartment on one level. Therefore suitable for elderly people, disabled or small wheelchair users.

Local Transport : We recommend a car to get the best out of any area but if all you want to do is relax, take in the sun and have meal and a drink in the evening, either in the property or in the nearby commercial centres, it is not essential due to the numerous facilities within walking distance. The bus stop into Torrevieja (or further a field) is only a 2 minutes walk away on the main N332 and the taxi rank is at the nearby La Zenia roundabout.

Excellent location and apartments finished to a very high standard. Try Paddy's Point for the craic.
