Beaches::
There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are literally 3 minutes walking distance to the beautiful La Zenia with sunbeds and beach bar. The beaches of Playa Flamenca, Cala Capitan, Levante, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are only a short distance. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guadamar and La Marina.
Airport transfers, car hire and taxi service::
There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the apartment and Murcia, a smaller airport is just a 20 minute drive away.
Flights : Ryanair/Easyjet
Alicante - Direct flights from Dublin and most major UK airports.
Murcia - Direct flights from Shannon, Dublin and Cork
Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday
Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you providing ample notice is given.
Booking Deposit and Support Service::
To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent direct to your home address.
You will be met on arrival at the apartment and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 45 euros to pay locally and on your arrival.
A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the apartment has been checked over.
Should you be arriving out with shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a food parcel.
Should you require the hire of baby equipment we are able to organize this for you.
