Air-conditioned apartment suitable for beach, golf activities. Only 10 min walk from the Blue Flag Beach of La Zenia also 5 Golf courses within easy reach. The apartment has a large heated pool and a separate children’s pool, with a large sun terrace. The apartment has cable TV in lounge and master bedroom showing British TV and some foreign channels can watch 2 different stations at the same time DVD player in living area and bedroom. Air conditioning with both: cool and warm air. The front patio is south facing and has an unobstructed view and has cushioned sun loungers and 2 tables for outside entertainment. Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports centre, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, restaurants and a 24-hour shop. La Zenia has many residential areas close by offering you a choice of entertainment. The apartment is in a quiet area but still close to all local amenities.

Situated in popular La Zenia, about 5km South of Torrevieja and 10min from Murcia airport and 30 min from Alicante. This apartment is about 10 min walk to La Zenia beach and the other nearby beaches of Cabo Roig & Playa Flamenca, which are wonderful for walkers and are close by. Within walking distance there is a great variety of bars & restaurants offering excellent cuisine & value for money. For sports enthusiasts, there is the Orihuela Costa Resort, which has a large swimming pool with sunbeds, tennis courts, basketball court & gym all of which can be visited at a small cost. Close by there are 5 Golf courses including Villamartin, Las Ramblers & Campoamor, and La Manga is only 30min away by car. Airport & other transport e.g. golf trips can be arranged. In Playa Flamenca there is also go Karting, and in the countryside there is horse riding an off road cycle track to entertain the full family. And course there is Benidorm, which can be reached within an hour by car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note: A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure or immediately if booked last minute. A Damage/ key deposit of 100 Euros or £75.00 is required on arrival and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the property & return of the keys to the key holder on departure.The cleaning charge of 40 Euros will be payable to the key holder on arrival. The property must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure if there is another booking that day. Should there not be any new clients arriving, you are welcome to stay until you depart for your flight. Airport pick ups & returns can be arranged for Murcia & Alicante airport. Other transport arrangements can also be arranged locally or prior to arrival e.g. waterparks, golf or city trips and to and from Benidorm.

Days out : There are 2 Aquaparks within reach of La Zenia. Go-karting is available in nearby Playa Flamenca. Horse riding is also available nearby. Playa Flamenca Saturday market is within walking distance to Molino Blanco, also there are daily markets close by which information can be accessed via the info channel on the cable TV. There are 3 beautiful golf courses within 10 minutes of Molino Blanco: Villamartin, Las Ramblers & Campoamor. The Mar Menor and La Manga are 30 Minutes drive, and Benidorm can be reached within the hour by car. There are also bus trips to Benidorm ( Night and day), Murcia and Cartegena, and other places of interest at a very reasonable cost, some may be free !

Nights out : Pubs & restaurants are within walking distance in La Zenia, Via Park 1&2, Playa Flamenca area, and also Cabo Roig's 'Golden MiIe' (as it's called). Villamartin Plaza with many excellent restaurants is 5 minutes drive away. There is a large supermarket 2 minutes walk from the apartment and a 24 Hour store also there.

Transfers and car hire: Pick ups can be arranged at a cost of : Alicante pick up up to 5 passengers + luggage 40 Euros each way up to 8 passengers + luggage 60 Euros each way Murcia pick up up to 5 passengers + luggage 30 Euros each way up to 8 passengers + luggage 50 Euros each way. Car hire can be arranged and you can be picked up at airport with car of your choice and taken to apartment, then taken back with car and dropped off on returning. This will save you driving to and from airport and ensure that you reach the apartment and airport promptly, and safely. Also allowing you to relax and have a drink without the worry of driving and the car will be there for you.

Excellent two week holiday for my husband and I. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The patio area and large terrace was a surprise. Great location for all amenities. Fab bars especially Paddy's point. Beautiful beaches all within short walking distance. Everytime you turned the corner there was another beach. Cant wait to go back. Thanks Stephen. I had a wonderful holiday in La Zenia. The accomodation was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent for the beach and for the supermarket. Good nightlife while still being quiet at night for sleeping. I would recommend this apartment.

My Mum & I plus my two daughters (12 &15) had a lovely relaxing week at the apartment. We found it clean and comfortable & the patio was great for getting the sun all day. The pool was handy and warm for the time of year, and not too busy with it being halfterm hols. Nearby restaurants & bars were enjoyable (kareoke bar loud-ish one night but not too late, but didn't keep us awake). The walk to the beach was enjoyable (about 15 mins stroll) and the beach was clean¬ too busy& had a beach bar for snacks etc& also toilets. An umberella&2 beds to hire for the day were about 12 euros I think. The nearby supermarket was good & convenient plus the 24hr shop (at the roundabout) was handy too. We had a great time and will return, hopefully the same time next year. Thanks Stephen.

My wife and I spent a very enjoyable week at the apartment March 08. We found very clean and comfortable and the south facing patio means you get the best of the sun. Large supermarket close by as well as bars and restuarants within walking distance.tThere is also the Orihuela Costa Resort 5 mins walk away with lots of leisure facilties. We enjoyed our stay so much we are going back this March.

My wife and I spent 5 days in La Zenia. Nice and peaceful. We found the apartment to be clean with an excellent terrace area. Handy for the pool and small amount of restaurants serving good food and bars nearby. Ten minute walk to lovely beach. Will revisit in the future.
