This spacious apartment is in the secure residential urbanization of Amapolis IV. Set on 2 levels and tastefully furnished it is accessed via a sun terraced and into the lounge/dining room where there are 2 comfortable settees, dining table and 6 chairs. There is air conditioning,ceiling fans, a British digital TV/radio system, video player & Cd player installed for your comfort and entertainment. There iis a double and twin bedroom on this level as is the family bathroom with full bath and double basins. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. A spiral staircase from the lounge leads to the upper level where there are a further 2 double bedrooms leading off to a private sun terrace & there is yet a third sun terrace with BBQ on this level. There are tables and chairs for you to, relax and dine outdoors and the large and well maintained resident’s pool, a great meeting place, is a very short walk from the apartment

La Zenia is within walking distance of all local amenities with its large Consum supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. There are numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa all have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality and the beautiful beach of La Zenia is only 10 mns walking distance. Cabo Roig which provides a vibrant nightlife with many bars and restaurants providing family entertainment is a few minutes drive away as is the beautiful Villamartin Plaza. A water park, a go-kart track and numerous blue award winning sandy beaches with good amenities and sun bed facilities are a short driving distance away as is the main town of Torrevieja with its lovely harbour and large shopping centre A short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come for family entertainment and to play golf with over twenty five courses.

  • SUPPLEMENT
    Please note that the prices quoted are based on 6 persons. There is a supplement charge of 20 pounds sterling per person thereafter.
  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email. A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over. To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 70 euros to pay on your arrival
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours thre is a well stocked small 24 hour supermarket however we are able to arrange the purchase of a small essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.

Beaches:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to the fabulous La Zenia with its good facilities. The beaches of Levante, Cala Capitan, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are just a liittle further The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS:: AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost.

CAR HIRE AND TAXIS:: CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers and insurance. Please enquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service locally or to other locations during you stay.

Golf: Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future. This is an apartment for people on a budget, we were 2 families of 4 who rented in august. The apartment was small, but this is what we expected - make sure if you have young children you sleep on the 1st floor as there is a wrought iron spiral staircase to get to the upper 2 bedrooms - there are 3 balcony's which all get the sun at different times of the day, but the main balcony cannot seat more than 6 comfortably. facilities are adequate, although the television does not work due to problems with sky (there are over 22,000 properties with this problem) - the sea is a 10 min walk away and there are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a small communal pool but enough room to have a splash about, with a baby pool, no sunbeds, so take your own from the apartment or lay on lilo's (not allowed in the pool).
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
