Located on the 1st floor within the very popular Molino Blanco complex in La Zenia this apartment is very comfortably furnished with a lovely Spanish feel. The lounge and dining room has comfortable seating enough for 6 persons and dining table with 4 place settings. For your comfort and entertainment both air conditioning and a British digital TV system is installed. The kitchen with enclosed utility area is well equipped with all you will need whilst on holiday, including dishwasher. Both the double and twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is plenty storage with bath and overhead shower in the family bathroom. Enjoy a long cool drink or dine 'al fresco' on the private balcony with open views. The complex itself offers lift access to the apartment, 24 hour security and a fabulous solar panel heated swimming pool with great sun terrace - a great place for meeting others.

La Zenia is within walking distance of all local amenities with its large supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants, cafes & bars, some with great entertainment. The fabulous blue flag beach of La Zenia with good amenities & sun bed facilities are within 10 minutes walking distance. The local street market is held on Saturdays and is within walking distance. The ´stretch´ of Cabo Roig providing vibrant nightlife with many bars and restaurants of different nationalities is approx 15 minutes walk away as is the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre. The cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja with its lovely harbour is only a short drive & every evening you will find small market stalls along the front. A fabulous Aqua Park and go-kart track are also only short drive. There are 3 local superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, & Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex & these are within a short drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit: To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 120 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 40 euros to pay on your arrival.
    Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.
  • Long term rental is available during the low season. Please enquire for rates.
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a small essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.

Beaches:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to the fabulous beach of La Zenia with its great facilities. The beaches of Levante, Cala Capitan, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are just a little further The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS:: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost.

CAR HIRE AND TAXIS: : CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Two Weeks of Sun ...

Was very impressed by the organisation behind renting this property, pick up from airport first class.
On arriving was met and no hassle of keys to get in and also very secure. First class facilities inside and was clean and tidy, pool was good and used every day good idea for secure entry system.
For eating few bars very near by and you have to visit Little Mo's excellent food and service. La Zenia isn't your answer to Benidorm but for chilling out away from rat race, perfect.Short taxi ride to Villamartin Plaza for more extensive eateries is a good night out especially "Fox on the Fairway" All in all yes would go back for another holiday (now if I could)

la zenia is a relaxing,laid back holiday,no car needed.the molina blanco complex was clean,tidy,great pool,24 hour security and very convenient to supermarket,bars and restaurants.the beaches are about 500 mtrs away (1 on either side of hotel & another smaller 1 a short walk around coastal path)are beautiful,watch out for rocks hidden beneath water near front of main beach,don't charge in,you could get hurt.the weather was sizzling when we stayed there(high 30s).there are many places to eat,food was really good and not expensive.if you want a lazy,sunny,drinking and eating week,this is the place,2 weeks might be a bit long.my wife and i went with our 2 daughters aged 17&10 for 2 weeks,not much for them 2 do in the evenings,definitely visit paddys point bar for fod and drink(lovely staff).don't worry about language problems as most people holidaying there are english and irish and most spanish people have good english.i would recommend la zenia for couples,young or old.i will definitely go back but the children might not be so keen.
